        Observation of traffic rules is one of the important phenomena of today's society and also it is necessary for the individual. The aim of this research is the sociological study of the relation between the capitals and observation of the traffic rules among the suburb and non-suburb drivers in Miyaneh.                             To determine the relationshipbetween the abovementioned variables, we used the theories ofdeviation, socialcapital, cultural capitalandeconomicalcapital. The general hypothesis of the study is to determine the rate of the observation of traffic rules by suburb and non-suburb driver’s its related factors. The research method is survey and the measurement device is response closed questionnaire. The population of this study is 18 to 75 years old drivers, totally 67914 people which 381 person selected as a sample by purposive sampling. The data analyzed using SPSS software. To test the hypothesis regarding the levels of variables, mean comparison test with two independent samples, ANOVA test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multi variant regression were used. The results verify the relationship between the main variables and traffic rules observation rate. The final result is that independent variables used in the study explained 20/3 percent change in the dependent variable. Among the independent variables, the impact of the social commitment on the dependent variable is more than other.  Manuscript profile

        Compliance can be defined as the compatibility of performance with the tasks of compliance with the activity supervisor and the risk of compliance as a possibility of non-fulfillment of these tasks. The occurrence of this risk can lead to the imposition of various crimes, legal and regulatory penalties, financial losses or damage to the good reputation of organizations and, consequently, attract the attention of competent institutions. In the present study, the risks of observing one of the operating banks of the country were identified by modeling the documents of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the guidelines of the Trade waynCommission and using structured interviews, surveys, checklists and obtaining expert opinions. Then, according to the experts and using the business impact analysis method, the importance (impact) of the factors and the probability of occurrence of each factor were determined and the relevant risk matrix was drawn and items with significant importance on risk management were identified in four areas. Citizenship is One of Important Indicators of Progress and Development in the Developing Countries. One of the Dimension of Citizenship is the Culture of Citizenship. Estabilishment and Extention of Citizenship can be seen as a Serious Way of Solving the Social Problems in the Developing Countries.In this Study We Examine the Culture of Citizenship among the Citizens of Eghlid City. We Used Survey as a Method and also Questionaaire as an Instrument for Collecting Data .Statistical Population in this Research is Ccitizens Over 15 Years Old and the Numbers of Sample is about 400 Citizens in the Eghlid City. We Selected Sample by Using a Manner that Called Multi-Stage cluster Sampling. Finding Shows that the Culture of Citizenship among Citizens is about Over Mean. The Examining of hypothesis show that variables such as Gender, Partial Status , the Degree of Religious Commitment, social identity, the Extent of Using Media and Political Awareness have a Significant Relationship with the Culture of Citizenship. In the Regression Coefficient four Variables were Entered that in the Sum, This four Variables were Could Predicted 22.5 Percent of the Variations of dependent variable. Manuscript profile
