Abstract :

The progress of human societies and development of software and not regarding laws and incorrect use of the equipment is causing traffic accidents now a day.   Due to increased accidents causing damage to life and property, in this research, citing legal position of the Quran, Sunnah, the intellect and the legal rules of the accidents caused by non-compliance with driving rules. Finally in this paper the view point of the law and jurisprudence surrounding the accident is well represented.
