        Over the past two decades, China's energy diplomacy is rapidly changing and expanding. The rise of China and the Economic Growth have led to that this country to made great efforts to conserve energy resources and its security. However, recent geopolitical developments, such as the establishment of China’s new international institutions, have reinvigorated the field of China’s energy diplomacy. The purpose of this paper is the analysis the role, content, scope and importance of China's institutional procurement and identify some of its consequences on China's energy diplomacy to facilitating economic interdependence and Beijing's goals in the energy sector. The main question is how does China’s new international regimes (One Belt One Road Initiative) complement China’s energy diplomacy? By using Neo-Liberal Institutionalism theory this essay will show that China’s new international institutions are successful complements to China’s energy diplomacy, hence they provide China with institutional legitimacy, which increases its energy trade and investment opportunities and the most important consequence is creating a New World Order for Global Energy Governance.         Energy and its importance and role in diplomacy are invisible. According to the main issue of this article, Iran's relations with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, as a case in point, look at the role of diplomacy in securing energy in the context of regional political economy. "What is energy diplomacy in the context of a regional political economy with a focus on threats and opportunities?" Accordingly, the paper hypothesizes that "the implications of Iran's security-building relationship with Saudi Arabia and the UAE on energy diplomacy in the Middle East set the stage for unbalanced trends in the volume of confrontation and widespread threats to interactive situations and limited opportunities."The field of energy diplomacy has been in the context of regional political economy, which in the face of sanctions and economic pressure has led the Islamic Republic of Iran to use strategies such as purity and swap to circumvent sanctions.The paper's findings also show that Iran's relations with the Middle East, as well as traces of interaction between 2003 and 2019, are often based on a confrontation between the two sides.         Abstract The quest for increasing security has always been the main preoccupation of Israeli regime. Maintaining security is therefore, one of the most important concerns for the Zionist regime and the most important foreign policy priority. One of the ways which partially can help this country to face security threats is active energy diplomacy and Israel actively uses energy diplomacy for improving its place and removes or decreases the security threats. The present article wants to answer this question that what are the principle and objectives of Israel energy diplomacy in the region and how this country makes use of energy diplomacy to improve her security and regional place. The finding of the study shows that Israel energy diplomacy has been active in three geographical region viz. the Middle East, Eurasia and Mediterranean and in each of the three regions pursues particular objective proportionate with the situation. The common objectives in all the three regions are gaining a better political place, getting secure supply of energy by diversifying the sources, reducing security threats and gaining political legitimacy.         Energy diplomacy can be considered as part of the macro-energy policy of Iran in different periods. This will provide the necessary resources to maintain and increase Iran's share in the global economic market. Energy as a geopolitical variable has opened a special place to power relations in the contemporary global system and access to energy resources for all levels of global hierarchy of power has become strategic. Hence, each of the actors in the global system is seeking a meaningful definition of the position of their energy diplomacy in the world. In the meantime, Iran, with its second largest oil and natural gas reserves in the world's second largest strategic energy ocean center, has an important place in global energy developments.This paper tries to study the issue of energy diplomacy as one of the strategic necessities of Iran. The hypothesis of the paper emphasizes that the use of energy diplomacy provides the necessary ground for reducing international constraints on Iran.
