Suicide is contrary to nature and is strictly forbidden in Islam. The main question of the research is the possibility of determining the ta'zir punishment for a person who commits unsuccessful suicide according to the rule of "ta'zir for all forbidden acts". In the law, only the punishment of the deputy for suicide through media and telecommunication tools has been dealt with, and the punishment of imprisonment from 91 days to 1 year or a fine from five million rials to twenty million rials or both punishments is considered for the offender. Considering that it is not criminalized in the Islamic Penal Code and according to Article 1 of the Penal Code and the twenty-twenty-second and thirty-fourth principles of the Constitution, it is possible to determine the punishment for suicide based on the rule of "ta'zir for all forbidden acts". The jurisprudence of the five religions can be determined as an appropriate punishment according to the person and the act performed. The present research has been done in a descriptive-analytical method and has found that individuals are punished with ta'zir punishments or appropriate security and training measures such as; Advice by the judge of the court, warning and warning or obtaining a written commitment sentenced not to repeat the crime, imprisonment, corporal punishment, etc. Manuscript profile

Thus It determines criteria for foods and drinks and emphasizes food safety. The term “malicious” sometimes means low – grade; so Companions of the Cave’s advice to purchase man shows that foods and drinks should be the best quality, therefore considering sanitary tips and standards is essential in foods and drinks preparation. According to individuals’ conditions and their various ages, some foods may be useful for some but harmful for others; accordingly ideal foods and drinks should contain all necessary criteria for all; for instance cleanness is not an enough criteria for foods and other ones must be considered as well. The miracles of mystics and their related anecdotes constitute a large volume of mystical stories and is one of the key topics in Persian mystical texts. In a general classification, different types of miracles are divided into three main types: Notification of the unseen, aristocracy of insides, and possession of the universe, each of which includes several sub-types. One of the sub-types of the miracles of notification of the unseen is the recognition of the forbidden or suspicious nature of the morsel and the food through food and divine instruction. This dignity is based on the Sufi belief that if absolute blood covers the whole world, the believer will eat nothing except halal. In this dignity, the mystic without any signs and sometimes with signs such as moving a finger vein, not reaching for the forbidden, feeling full and not going down the forbidden morsel from the throat, calling to the heart, speaking of forbidden food, seeing blackness, Impurity and blood in food and ... is associated. Opponents of mystics sometimes used this method to test their legitimacy, and often, after being recognized as a mystic, they sought forgiveness and became mystics' followers. In this article, while collecting, classifying and analyzing such miracles in earlier mystical books, it has been tried to point out recent examples of this virtue. Manuscript profile

The most important Salafi Jihadism group influenced in West Africa is Boko Haram. This group gained popularity in 2009 following a great rebellion. The ideology of Boko Haram is Salafi-Jihadist and they believe that Islam must be eradicated from the external change that enters in it. Abstract From nearly two decades ago the fundamentalist groups expanded their organized activities in the whole Africa continent and displayed a wave of Islamic radicalism in several African Countries. One of the recent groups that has been radicalized is Boko Haram in Nigeria. The article attempts to examine this group as a case study and evaluate the process of formation of Islamic radicalism in Nigeria. The paper takes the help of Alain Touraine’s theory of social movements to explain this question that, what are the factors that prepared the ground for the emergence and growth of Islamic radicalism in Nigeria? The underlying hypothesis of the paper is that internal variables like widespread poverty in Muslim inhabited areas as compared to Christian region, absence of effective participation in political arena, the existence of deep rooted ethnic conflicts, the feeling of losing identity in a secular government accompanied by external factor like the support of international terrorist groups have led to radicalization and resort to violence by Boko Haram. The finding of the study shows that for reducing human and financial losses of Boko Haram, alternative strategies to confrontation should be substituted so that the intensity of attack decreased and no new forces join them. Therefore, in the first step use of strategy of compromise and persuasion can be a suitable way for stopping Boko Haram attacks. Manuscript profile

AbstractThis study was conducted with the aim of recognizing the nature of pretending to commit a forbidden act and evaluating its position in the jurisprudential-legal dimensions and in terms of the method of data collection as documents and in terms of the method of data analysis by descriptive-analytical method. In Article 638 of the Islamic Penal Code (approved in 1996), pretending to commit a forbidden act is considered a crime. The ambiguity of the mentioned title, due to the lack of expression of its examples in the criminal regulations and the inadequacy of the legislator in determining the punishment for the forbidden act in this article, has faced many problems in its implementation. In the present study, by referring to the sources of Islamic law, the principles of the constitution, the principles of criminal law and judicial procedure and doctrine, the method of legislating criminalization in the mentioned article and the need for the legislator to pay attention to Sharia and constitutional principles and rules of criminal law And we came to the conclusion that if the legislative will is based on criminality to commit haram acts, it must define and specify its instances precisely in the penal regulations. Before amending this article, criminal judges are presumed to observe the principle of legality of crime and punishment and the principle of interpretation of criminal law in favor of the accused, citing Article 37 of the Penal Code, in cases of lack of text, ambiguity and conciseness, in a more balanced way. And act closer to the goals and purposes of the Shari'a and in many cases issue a verdict of innocence to the accused. Manuscript profile
