2 - Examining the chosen model of the United States of America in the face of Iran (confrontationalism and redesigning aggressive realism)

The current research aims to analyze the type of strategic orientation of the United States of America in facing the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially after the Islamic Revolution. The dualism of liberalism and realism, or a policy of mutual punishment and encouragement, has been adopted in the face of J.A. Iran. A. Iran. In order to prove the hypothesis of the research, while using the theory of aggressive realism, the behavioral pattern of the United States will be examined. The main findings of the research show that the approach of the United States is of the type of liberalism of "encouragement, encouragement and maximum participation". Or the harmonious model of liberalism and realism is not "positive and negative". Rather, it indicates the continuation and consolidation of the approach of aggressive realism, of the type of acute discursive, geopolitical and geostrategic confrontation in the form of "threat, punishment, sanctions" in the form of "various and complex balancing". So that the conformity and consistency of aggressive realism propositions with the approach of the United States in the acute confrontation with Iran is clear and obvious. The authors conclude that the behavior pattern of the United States is in the fixed form of aggressive realism, without a paradigm shift to liberalism. And it doesn't even have a tendency to shift within the theoretical paradigm of defensive realism. The main goal of America is to turn Iran into an isolated and victimized actor in the field of international politics. They evaluate J.A.Iran in the form of a game with a negative sum. And they always have a pure compliance with the approach of slander and international politics in their agenda. based on strategic rationality and compliance with international law. The success of Iran in enrichment of uranium and obtaining nuclear fuel cycle has provoked mixed reactions from international community. Some of the countries including the United States and her allies did not hesitate in showing their strongest opposition to Iran They have made hue and cry and tried to present Iran as a country which is a threat to peace. They have sent Iran’s nuclear case to Security Council and are issuing resolution calling for sanction against Iran. In this way they are forcing Iran to stop her peaceful nuclear activities. In this direction the European statesmen under the pressure of the United States and with the intention of exerting pressure on Iranian oil revenue and economy brought up the issue of sanction against Iran. The European Union in the direction of implementing Security Council resolution 1929 followed the boycott of purchasing oil from Iran. The European Union referred to preamble of the resolution as a legal base for their action against Iran. The present paper wants to explain whether this oil sanction can be continued or it will be discontinued in the year 2012. Manuscript profile

Abstract With the onset of what is known as the Arab Spring, it was inevitable for Iran and Saudi Arabia to play a role. These two important countries in the region took completely different positions regarding the current developments in the crisis-affected countries, including Yemen. After Iran's support for Ansarullah, Saudi Arabia launched a military attack on Yemen in April 2014. After 6 years of war, Saudi Arabia shifted towards engaging in political dialogue with the Yemeni side. The main issue of this article is why this change occurred. In response to this problem, using the explanatory-analytical method, it is argued that factors at three levels of analysis - domestic (Saudi Arabia), regional, and international - led to the Saudi military attack on Yemen and subsequent changes at these three levels. It is mentioned that this caused Saudi Arabia to opt for diplomacy. Meanwhile, Iran's role is examined at the regional level of analysis. Manuscript profile

With the rise of Russian nationalists and Eurasianists, the Middle East has become strategically important in Russia's regional and global calculations. In this context, the development of relations with key actors in the Middle East subsystem, such as the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia, has been one of Russia's foreign policy priorities. But Tehran and Riyadh are pursuing conflicting interests in the region, which poses a challenge to Russia's diplomatic apparatus. Given this issue, the research question is based on how Russia, while maintaining relations with Tehran and Riyadh, has managed the conflict in their relations in line with its regional interests? The hypothesis of the article is based on the fact that Russia has tried to establish independent relations with both countries simultaneously based on a completely realistic and pragmatic approach, in order to serve its regional as well as global interests. The research method is analytical-explanatory and the theoretical approach of realism has been used to explain the subject. Findings show that in relation to the issue of Iran's nuclear activities, regional influence and its presence in Syria, the confrontation of the Resistance Front with the Arab-Hebrew coalition and Iran's support for the Yemeni Houthis in the war With Saudi Arabia, Kremlin leaders ignored the Saudis' demands and instead pursued a policy of coordination with Tehran in the national interest. Defining the concept of cultural diplomacy and determining its position in the field of international relations is one of the issues that is very important and based on it, the role and impact of this form of diplomacy in securing national interests can be measured. Bangladesh is one of the countries that has many cultural affinities with the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the use of these capacities in the form of public diplomacy will increase Iran's soft power and sphere of influence in the subcontinent. Considering the goals, function and indicators of Iranian cultural diplomacy, cultural diplomacy in Bangladesh is organized based on the following axes: common historical and civilization capacity, religious capacity, Persian language, cultural similarities and similarities, official capacities, common cultural discourse. Considering the capacities and evaluating what has been done, it seems that due to some executive, structural and content problems, there is a significant gap between the current situation and the desired situation Manuscript profile

The Islamic Revolution of Iran, as a cultural revolution, assumes the primacy of cultural relations over other types of international relations to the Iranian system. Thus, cultural diplomacy is becoming more and more important as the most prominent act of Iran's foreign policy in its relations with neighboring countries. In the present study, cultural diplomacy in Iran has been explored in the Persian Gulf Arab countries, in order to identify its opportunities and challenges. The opportunities included in the two general "potential" and "actual" fields are some of which are: the existence of common cultural and social components between the Arab Gulf states, and between these countries and Iran, Iran's longstanding communications and popular relations between with the region and capacity of the Iranian and Gulf communities to help improve communication. Challenges are divided into three general categories: "insight", "orientation" and "action". The most significant challenges in this regard are: cognitive shortcomings (inadequate, old, etc.) about culture, cultural policy, and the coordinates of the Persian Gulf region, as well as the lack of consideration of desirable cultural performance requirements and the repetition of inappropriate processes. Political economy deals with the interaction of economics and politics, in which, ultimately, a political agenda is provided for the economy. From this point of view in contemporary times, various efforts have been made by Iran for sustainable development and several development plans have been written, but what is observed in practice not only does not have development, but has also been added to the country's problems. While explaining why, many factors may be involved, but since the Islamic Republic of Iran is considered as one of the developing countries, one can not overlook the special role of the government in development or inadequate development. Therefore, the present study, aimed at the pathology of non-development of Iran, presents the main question of how can Iran's failure to achieve sustainable development be assessed? In response to the above question, the research hypothesis states that the lack of attention to good governance indicators and in accordance with it, the low quality governance in Iran is one of the important factors that can contribute to this failure. The research method used in this research is descriptive-analytic and its framework is based on a library-based political economy. Manuscript profile
