  Privacy is one of the most difficult concepts that there is no universally conceived definition of what is happening in the field of law. In Imamieh jurisprudence, there is no specific definition of religious or scholarship. From the perspective of Imamiyah jurisprudence,  there are two types of harassed investigations: one is a search for the privacy of individuals who are completely prohibited from the point of view of the jurisprudence of Imamiyya jurisprudence, and the other is the investigation against the Islamic system, which is prohibited from the point of view of the Islamic Imams. In the Quran and in the Hadiths of the Infallibles, Allah has forbidden exploration and curiosity in the affairs of others, has respected the privacy of individuals, condemned the violation of it. The inclusion of this general instruction is not specified in the exception, so that it is permissible for others to investigate the affairs of others and not be permitted to others. In general, the content and content of the verses, narrations and other arguments are used that the verdict of espionage and exploration has a certain limit and for all its examples it can not be ordered.   The status and effects of surveillance is one of the most important and influential issues in social relations because maintaining the security and stability of society, preventing the disruption of public order and other interests make it inevitable. The jurists, based on the twelfth verse of Al-Hujurat Surah and various hadiths, forbid surveillance. It is also forbidden to inspect the beliefs, secrets and mistakes of the believers, as well as to reveal and disclose them, based on the verses of Holy Quran, including the nineteenth verse of Noor Surah. This article uses documentary and library sources and descriptive – analytical method to find the answer to the question: what are the requirements and effects of surveillance in the view of the authors of The Four Books? The data indicate that in the mentioned books, the duties and requirements for the believer regarding surveillance have been specified and according to the generality of verses and hadiths and the rule of reason and manners, it has been absolutely forbidden and prohibited.   One of the most important issues that the Islamic religion is very concerned about is respecting honor and prestige of Muslims and avoiding inspection in ideas and interfering in others’ lives. Interference and seeking information in people’s personal lives is not allowed and no one is allowed to reveal the secrets; In fact, searching is a factor in discovering secrets and mysteries and possibly the hidden faults of people and Islam never allows individuals' private secrets to be revealed. Therefore, the present study according to twelfth Verse of Al-Hujurat Surah, studies the causes of spying and interference such as lack of piety, jealousy and enmity from verses and states that if not left, this is a moral vice having adverse consequences, including exposing personal life and creating hatred among people and the method is descriptive – analytical. Finally, referring to the treatment strategy of this moral disease the article states that following the instructions of Qur'an in choosing the correct method of education can achieve peace and safety in people’s personal lives.
