In this research regarding the main indicators of NONAKA thesis:
( socialism, extrovert, combining and introvert) knowledge management position in organization A has been studied. Here, we are trying to recognize the knowledge management position in organization A, and its relationship with organizational culture. The statistical population of this research includes middle managers of organization A in years 1386-87. Thirty managers were selected randomly as a sample.
For collecting the information, two questionnaire of knowledge management (consists of 26 questions),and organizational culture (consists of 46 questions)were used.
The validity of the knowledge Management questionnaire is gained through the evaluation of the results of the ALPHA-KRONBAKH 0/9039, and organizational culture 0/9262 . The data analysis has shown that extrovert in organization A receives the highest position, then combination, introvert and socialization are in the next steps. The results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between organizational culture and socialism as well as combination and introvert. But there were no meaningful relationship between organizational culture and extrovert. So, we can conclude that managers in organization A are more eager to communicate their knowledge and experiences with others under the effect of micro cultures rather than internalizing their knowledge and competing with others .

The aim of this study was to predict adolescent girls' externalizing disorders from mothers' anxiety and depression. One hundred and eight normal female students between the ages of 11 and 16 (M=13.26, SD=0.92) from Tabriz city were selected by multi-stage random sampling. The mothers were between the ages of 27 and 56 (M=19.15, SD= 6.05) and were asked to complete the Child Symptom Inventory (CSI-4; Gadow, & Sparfkin, 1994) and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-42; Lovibond, & Lovibond, 1995). The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicated that maternal depression predicted adolescent girls' externalizing disorders (=0.235). Maternal anxiety didn't predict the externalizing disorders. The findings are applicable to prevention of externalizing disorders among adolescent girls.

The purpose of this study was to test partial and full mediation of internalizing problems in the relationship between Alexithymia and externalizing problems in adolescent girls. Two hundred and ninety seven students were selected from high schools of Tehran by cluster sampling method. The participants completed the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20; Bagby, Parker, & Taylor, 1994) and the Youth Self-Report (Achenbach, 2001).The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling approach. The results indicated that the full model had a good fitness with data. Alexithymia was positively and significantly related to internalizing problems .Internalizing problems were positively and significantly related to externalizing problems. The findings suggested that alexithymia led to externalizing problems only if it caused problems such as anxiety, depression, withdrawal and somatic complaints.
