The present research method is correlation and applied research. Data analysis was done by using test t, a Wilcoxon rank test to compare means, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Friedman's rank test and Pierson correlation test. The results of this investigation showed that there aren’t significance differences between market orientation extent in private and government banks, and between market orientation customer’s perceptions of bank's service quality significance linear relationship was not considered.   Manuscript profile

        The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the status of organizational justice. Due to the nature of the data, the current research is a survey type in terms of the implementation method. The statistical population includes all managers and experts working in the state bank and the sample size was 120 according to Morgan's table, which were selected by stratified sampling. The data collection method was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was used to check face validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to check reliability. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. The results showed that the level of organizational justice is low at the average level, the highest level of justice perception is related to the procedural dimension and the lowest level is related to the informational justice dimension. Also, the results showed that the strongest relationship is between "interactive and informational justice" and the conceptual model of organizational justice has a model fit.the highest factor loading among all indicators is related to “the fairness of the compensation method” and in all dimensions managers had a better evaluation than experts.
