Upgrading environmental security of historical context that are going to be abandoned, due to main components in addition to creating peace from being in a safe environment, also it causes to attract tourists. Success and sustainable growth of tourism depends on well-functioning and coordinated numerous elements and factors which are interconnected. One of the most important of these factors is the safety of tourists and tourist destination. Accordingly, by recreating in accordance with maximum efficiency and increasing security, the abandoned environments provide people optimal background activities in these environments. The development of tourism industry in Iran as a way of diversification of revenue of the country should be considered more than ever by planners and policy makers, because Iran despite of having a history of ancient civilizations and diverse historical and cultural attractions still has not used the advantages of this industry in a proportional place. The unfulfilled security needs of the audience with the historical context of cities, not only prevents from reaching to higher level needs such as self-actualization, aesthetic, knowing and understanding, but also reduce social interaction and ultimately they are followed by vacant and abandoned historic neighborhoods. So, the impact of the main components in increasing environmental security in two groups of residents and tourists of Charkhab neighborhood is targeted. In order to collect data on the theoretical basis, the studies in five sectors including the historical context of tourism, health & safety in connection with the tourists, safe urban environment, security of urban fabric, and similar examples in the world are followed to respond the research question based on that gathered information. The used method in this study is causal-comparative and by means of questionnaires and observation to analyze the views of residents and tourists and by taking advantage of existing library resources and collecting information, Charkhab neighborhood is selected as the sample and it is periodic. Data analysis was performed by using SPSS software that Student T test for independent groups of the assumption of homogeneity of variances was used to check the effect of the main components of environmental security Statistical population of the study, due to the uncertainty of tourists' population, is available sampling method considered, as 120 people were used (60 people per group). Finally, research indicates that between environment main components that include: Form and size of the space, environmental visual comfort, spatial organization and permeability, quality of buildings and land use perspective from two groups, there is a difference and in terms of tourists compared to Charkhab neighborhood residents is less secure. However, in prioritizing the main components in terms of both groups, visual comfort is in highest rank and permeability is lower in rank. So, in the end by presenting the main strategies to promote environmental security has been provided, and the threat of spatial opportunities to reduce the security feeling cause the increasing presence of more tourists  in historic neighborhoods that have strong potential for tourism in Iran, and promote the dynamism and vitality in historic neighborhoods....              Today, tourism as a source of income and job creation at the local level can be an approach to economic development and has a potential role in the local economy. Attracting tourists and developing tourism in a place leads to currency exchange, increasing income and developing employment in that place. On the other hand, good urban governance and its indicators such as security and participation that were examined in this study have a significant role in providing the possibility of increasing tourism in this region and city. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of good governance in increasing tourism in Taleghan city. The research is descriptive and analytical and has been done in a library and field method using books, articles and questionnaires. Finally, it has been used by SPSS statistical analytical software and descriptive statistical indicators such as frequency, mean, standard deviation, correlation, regression, etc. The statistical population of the study was 384 people who were selected through random sampling. The results show that attracting tourists in a region separate from the existence of tourist attractions and potentials requires the existence of facilities for tourists. Because tourists, due to the nature of tourism and apart from it, are looking for fun and leisure with pleasure. An issue that good urban governance can address well. On the other hand, environmental security and its increase as well as public participation have a great contribution in increasing and attracting tourists to Taleghan city as a tourist destinationExtended AbstractIntroduction:The world today faces challenges that stem from the changes resulting from the advancement of science and technology and the emergence of new organizational and social needs. In today's changing world, governments and city managers alone will not be able to meet the new needs of their citizens. Use to maximize the production and delivery of public services. In the modern urban management system, several models have been presented to solve these problems and challenges in urban life, one of which is the dominant model in urban management, the model of urban governance. Governance is an issue that focuses on how governments and other social organizations interact with each other, how to communicate with citizens, and how to make decisions in a complex world, and is the process by which communities and organizations make and determine their decisions. Who is involved in this process and how to perform their duties. The urban environment is a complex, dynamic and diverse space and requires a high management capacity that good urban governance can provide. On the other hand, tourism has become one of the most important resources in the economy of countries, which has grown more than other economic sectors, and not only economically has created employment and income, etc., but also caused familiarity with cultures, increased The welfare of society, the fight against unemployment, social corruption and many other positive items. However, the flow of urban tourism can not be summarized only in the presence of natural, man-made and man-made attractions. So that tourism as a product of the entanglement of various factors, each of which has a significant impact on tourism. In addition, knowledge of tourism is also important in the field of urban tourism. Cities with high potentials play a role as the engine of economic and social development by creating jobs and coming up with ideas. Accordingly, in the present study, the role of indicators of good urban governance in increasing tourism in tourism destination cities will be investigated and evaluated.Methodology:The research method is descriptive-analytical in nature and survey research in terms of data collection. To collect the research, two methods of interviewing experts and a questionnaire were used. At first, in order to identify the governance indicators for the development of tourism in the studied city, by researching various sources and also interviewing some experts in the regional offices, some important indicators for the development of tourism in the region and the studied city were identified and collected. Then, in the second stage, the indicators were analyzed and evaluated in the framework of the questionnaire. The statistical population of the study was experts in regional offices and tourists entering the city. 384 people were randomly selected as the statistical population through a sampling and a questionnaire was distributed among them. Data were analyzed using statistical tests in SPSS software. Results and discussion:The significance level of research variables is more than 0.05, so the null statistical assumption that the desired distribution is normal is confirmed and all research variables have a normal distribution. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient test between variables indicate that among the 384 respondents studied, the correlation coefficient is 0.0206 with a significance level of 99%, since the significance level  Obtained (Sig), less than 01 /. We have enough evidence to reject our statistical null hypothesis. As a result, the statistical null hypothesis is rejected and the main hypothesis is confirmed. Therefore, there is a significant correlation between research variables (improving environmental security and increasing tourism destination selection). The coefficient of determination is equal to 0.043, ie the amount of variability in the dependent variable that can be explained by regression is equal to 0.043 units. Also, the standardized beta coefficient is equal to 0.0206, ie the market of one unit of change in the independent variable (environmental security improvement), changes of the dependent variable (increase of tourist destination selection) is equal to 0.0206 units, which due to the smaller level Significance (Sig) from 01 /. This effect is significant, therefore: improving environmental security has a positive and significant effect on increasing the choice of tourist destinations. The results obtained from Pearson correlation coefficient test between variables indicate that among the 384 respondents studied, the correlation coefficient is 0.258 with a significance level of 99%, since the significance level obtained (Sig) is less than 01 /. We have enough evidence to reject our statistical null hypothesis. As a result, the statistical null hypothesis is rejected and the main hypothesis is confirmed. Therefore, there is a significant correlation between research variables (attracting public participation and increasing tourism destination selection). The coefficient of determination is equal to 0.067, ie the amount of variability in the dependent variable that can be explained by regression is equal to 0.067 units. Also, the standardized beta coefficient is equal to 0.258, ie the market of a unit of change in the independent variable (attracting public participation), changes in the dependent variable (increasing the choice of tourist destination) Is equal to 0.258 units which is due to the fact that the significance level is smaller (Sig) than 0.01. This effect is significant, therefore: attracting public participation has a positive and significant effect on increasing the choice of tourist destination. Conclusion:      Today, tourism as an industry has been able to be one of the sources of income and job creation at the local level and an approach to economic development and has a potential role in the local economy. Attracting tourists and developing tourism in one place leads to currency exchange, increasing income and developing employment in that place, and especially when the profits of other economic sectors are declining, it is a good alternative for them. Tourism development and tourist attraction, in addition to economic aspects, also includes social and cultural aspects and is considered as a guide for rural development on the one hand, and new strategies for revitalization of rural areas through the creation of complementary activities or Transforming these areas according to their human and natural resources and also increases income and thus the well-being of the residents of these areas. On the other hand, it helps to rebuild rural areas because sustainable development calls for long-term growth in tourism without detrimental effects on natural ecosystems. Taleghan city has also shown a successful performance so far by benefiting from nature and many attractions in attracting tourists. On the other hand, good urban governance and its indicators such as security and participation that were examined in this study have a significant role in providing the possibility of increasing tourism in this region and city. In today's competitive tourism markets, trying to attract tourists by different destinations is considered as a strategic goal and one of the ways to attract tourists to the destination is to improve the quality of the environment. Because of the nature of tourism and apart from it, tourists are also looking for fun and leisure with fun, an issue that good urban governance can provide well. Manuscript profile

Today, security is one of the most basic needs of human societies after the known physiological needs and various factors are effective in creating security, in which we cannot ignore the important role of the environment and each person's perception of the environment called privacy. Therefore, research objectives to study and achieve the indicators and physical components that are effective in obtaining privacy in ecotourism resorts and their relationship in creating and promoting environmental security and its feeling by tourists in this type of resorts. Descriptive-analytical method based on survey method is the method of this research . The statistical population is the two eco-tourism resorts of Matin Abad near Kashan and Swans Farm in Lahijan. In data analysis, SPSS software with version 24 and for reliability of questions, Cronbach's alpha and in examining the normality of research variables Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. To examine the first hypothesis , the correlation between the two variables of environmental security and privacy, Pearson correlation test, to examine the effect of privacy variable on environmental security, simple linear regression test was used, and to examine the second hypothesis , the ranking the indicators of the privacy variable, the Friedman coefficient test was used. Finally, we came to the conclusion that providing privacy is one of the effective factors in promoting environmental security in the architectural design of ecotourism resorts and these two variables have a significant relationship with each other and also indicators of privacy variables are significantly different from each other in terms of their importance and effectiveness in the design of ecotourism resort, and among these, the diversity index has the highest priority. So combination of open, semi-open and closed spaces scattered , the multiplicity of open spaces with different sizes and uses between closed spaces should be given special importance. It's obvious that crime is a general society concern. There are two main logic in crime investigations. The first set of research is based on physical characteristics such as different kinds of land use. This approach is derived from Jin Jacobs and then improved by using CPTED(Crime Prevention Through environmental design) and its strategies which previously had been discussed by Oskar Neman via protect's spaces. Second set of studies are related to quarters inhabitants' social characteristics, such as neighborhood, taking responsibilities, have a feeling of belongings to a place, social capital, cultural patterns and other variables that have been among a wide range of focused social factors in this research. Many fields of studies by considering some concepts, compare summary of netted problems. Historically, safety is perceived as an important factor in social life of every society. We can state that, city expansion and safety are two linked compartments that are followed by city sustainability, in a manner that the absence of one would cause some problems for the others and might bring obstacles for it. During recent decades, Civil researchers became vigilant about the role of architecture and city construction via making decisions and policies to create a desirable place and found some defensible theories of preventing crime by crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) and environmental crime identification. Evidences shows that researches about the linkage between environment and behavior are very rampant. Nevertheless, hypothesis and processes of CPTED have been poorly tested. Sari city, reaches Mazandaran Sea from north and it reaches Alborz range of mountain from south, according to 2016 census, it's population was 347,402 people and the rate of population growth till 2026 is equal to 1.9 %. In this study, by various inhabitants' behavioral variables such as place ownership and realm protection, the sense of crowd and lack of control on environment, and anatomical variables with subsets such as place ownership, defensive privacy according to CPTED subsystems, by explicating safe habitable places in Sari city we try to figure out how can we adjust them to CPTED characteristics? Cities are sustainable and Complicated economic and social systems that deteriorate if their imbalances, such as security, are not controlled. It seems essential to examine the effect of behavioral patterns of residents (isolation, affinity, tolerance and anonymity) on security as well as the relationship between physical environment features and behavioral characteristics of residents based on CPTED approach in favor of environmental security. One of the newest approaches to urban security is Crime prevention Through Environmental Design(CPTED). It seems essential to examine the effect of behavioral patterns of residents on security as well as the relationship between physical environment features and behavioral characteristics of residents based on CPTED approach in favor of environmental security.Given the success of the CPTED model in different parts of the world, it is hoped that according to the hypotheses, by explaining the patterns of safe residential environments in the city, it can be adapted to CPTED characteristics and the relationship between physical environment characteristics and behavioral characteristics of residents in residential spaces. The present study, which is a descriptive and exploratory research methodology with a quantitative research approach, evaluates the components of CPTED under the hypothesis that in the course of the research, documentary and library methodology was first used to systematically review the relevant resources to identify the main CPTED criteria. Physical and social cognition of Tabarestan neighborhood through the distribution of a questionnaire extracted from the components of residents' behavioral patterns and characteristics of the physical environment, purposefully and the analysis of qualitative data, the degree of importance of each criterion was evaluated to aim to examine the relationship between physical environment and residents' behavior Determinants in designing a safe urban environment and using descriptive statistics in GOF certification, using factor analysis model, using inferential statistics through the criterion of research hypotheses and using Kolmogorov-Smrinov test using analysis of 384 questionnaires in the present model of G-years for 98 and 99 It was calculated that it shows a strong overall fit of the model, all research hypotheses are confirmed and conclude the presentation of the CPTED conceptual model with challenges in generations of this concept.
