  Purpose: The aim of this study was to find out the usability of Islamic thesaurus-based offline databases based on ISO 9241 and ISO 16982. Methods: The research was applied through an analytical survey method. The Statistical population contains 30 researchers of Islamic sciences. To gather information and collect data, the questionnaire technique were used. Findings: The researchers were answered the questions about Figh principles databaseswith the following rating: to those related to criterion “navigation”, 52/2% responded "yes", 33/1% responded "approximately" and 19/5% answered "no" and about questions relating to the criterion "search", 40/7% responded yes, 35/2% responded approximately, and 28/9% answered “no”. About Quranic science database the answers related to criterion “navigation”, have this rating: 53/7% responded "yes", 29/5% responded "approximately" and 21/2% answered "no", and about the criterion "search", 46/8% responded "yes", 26/6% responded "approximately", 27/9% answered "no". Conclusion: From the viewpoint of the researchers, the databases examined support almost half of the features of the search and navigation criteria and the other half should be considered for improving the usability. Many jurisprudence’s rules makes interpreter familiar with correct, accurate and exact interpretation of Holy Quran. The present research intends to study and express principle rule of “general allocation by specific tool” in terms interpretation with describing and analyzing the text method.   The subject of context is among the key concepts and subjects in the field of Quranic Sciences and the principles of exegesis. This key role of context is also evident in such sciences as Fiqh and ’Usul. Scholars in the field of Quranic sciences and exegesis have widely drawn upon this concept, but few of them have supplied an exact definition for the term, and while investigating the subject, they have offered a twofold category comprising of the two conditions, namely, relation by source and relation by subject. It seems that these two conditions need a careful study. Moreover, one should study the boundaries of stronger clues that decide context.    The concept of "proportionality between the verdict and the charge", which is of the exegetical methods of religious texts with an extensional approach to the subject-matter, manifests a relationship which helps the jurist achieve a verdict proportional to the charge, based on a social conception and a customary viewpoint, approved by the legislator, leading to a novel manifestation of the texts. The proportionality between the verdict and the charge, though not an independent reason itself, will result in this manifestation, i.e. it can be regarded as essential indications leading to the manifestation of the reason. In theologians' explanations, this concept which is regarded as the main method of the expurgation of the criterion and abolition of particularity in achieving the real subject-matter of religious injunctions,  is a proof on the basis of the expurgation of the customary practice of law. This research aims to assess the dimensions and viewpoints of the proportionality between the verdict and its efficiency in different theological concepts and its function in the knowledge of jurisprudential principles.  It will also shed light on the proportionality between the verdict and the charge has an effective role in the interpretation of judgments.   Regarding the evolution of Islamic Rational Interpretation (Osûl) through out the history, reason as the principal issue of this science had some serious challenges. One may ask what is the situation of reason in the procedure leading to jurisprudential opinions. This is an ancient question on which from the primary centuries of the genesis of Islamic theology and jurisprudence there were several discussions. Some Islamic sects seek the roots of their differences in the different applications of reason. However, the contrast of two major approaches in this issue may be found in sciences such as interpretation, theology, jurisprudence and Osûl. In the determination of the position of rationality, three following approaches may be detected: 1. reason is the foundation of Shariat.2. reason is the key to Shariat.3. reason is the illustration and light of Shariat.   The knowledge of jurisprudence and jurisprudential principles are two fundamental sources of knowledge in the deduction of Islamic Law through which each jurisprudential researcher must stick to their research. Analysis of the issues under discussion in the realm of these two sets of knowledge convinces us that most of these issues are not merely restricted to jurisprudential discretion but produce data and lead to intellectual methods that supply the truthfulness of any kind of deduction, especially from the written texts. In the legislative system of Islamic Republic of Iran which is based on Islamic Laws, familiarity with the deduction method and confrontation with texts from the viewpoint of Muslim jurists is an undeniable need. The two fields of knowledge are fundamentally important in drawing inference from positive laws as well as legislative approach in the Islamic Republic of Iran. However, they have not been addressed in national jurisdiction system as they should have been.   One of the most common ways for one science to penetrate other sciences is through its power of reasoning and generality, which has led to the seeking and sometimes borrowing of other sciences. Philosophy is one of the sciences that in this regard has snatched the lead in the field of humanities from other sciences. Accordingly, many sciences, especially the science of the principles of jurisprudence in the Shiite field, are influenced by the knowledge of philosophy, because the science of principles is a borrower science, especially due to its involvement in various fields and despite its ups and downs. It has changed from philosophy. Of course, it must be acknowledged that this does not mean that the fundamentalists used it without any interference with the words of philosophy. The influence of philosophy and the influence of the science of principles has progressed to such an extent that philosophical rules, which are the results of the discussions of that science, have been used extensively in this science, so that it has become a part of its literature. This influence has started from the wide and gradual use of philosophical words by some fundamentalists in the margins of their writings and has progressed to the employment of the deepest and most obscure arguments in the way of thinking. Therefore, by examining some of the works of the authors of the principles, the role of philosophy and its rules can be clearly seen. This article deals with some of these cases and hopes to prove the necessity of teaching and learning philosophy, at least to the extent of understanding the rules and principles, and on the other hand to show the need to pay attention to changing educational texts on the science of principles.
