Studying of autecology of Bothriochloa ischaemum with the aim to find and use the applicable information in rangeland improvement and development programs were carried out. The first was provided habitat. Then were selected two different areas (Tangrah and Gorgan) as study sites. Sampling was carried out by random-systematic method. The ecological characteristics (topographic, climatic, edaphic), canopy cover, density, frequency were investigated. Root system, phenology, preference value and Forage quality were measured. Result showed Bothriochloa ischaemum is grown in these sites as pure and homogeneous. The rainfall in tangrah and Gorgan sites are 866 and 533 mm and mean temperature is 15.66 and 17.8 degree centigrade. Bothriochloa ischaemum is grown on rocky regions and southern slopes 25-80% at 239-1660 m from sea. Soil studies showed that Bothriochloa ischaemum appears on soils with silt–loam and loam texture. Mean canopy cover in Gorgan and Tangrah sites are 88.5 and 78% and density is 1800 and 1600 in hectare. Root system is weaved intensity and it penetrates in the soils to 50 cm. Initial growth occurs end of February, flowering early July, seed ripening end of august and seed falling at the middle of September. Regeneration very good and germination percent is more than 80%. Thousand seeds weigh is 0.23 gr. Seed planting accomplished in original site and most of seeds germinated. This species is heavily grazing. Manuscript profile

In this study the ecology of individual species, Galium verum, according to regional climates, martyrs valley West Azarbaijan Province during the years 2010-2011 were reviewed. A systematic random sampling method in three height classes 1600-1400, 1800-1600, 1800 < meters above sea level and the geographic North, Northeast, East and West were studied. In this study various factors using analysis of variance and Duncan tests and specifications related to the slope and elevation using topographic maps field survey and GIS software and data were extracted. Results showed that the habitat of this species in the altitude range of 1400 to 1800 meters and the range is expanding ultracold species in semi-arid climate. Ruteh Formation limestone area and the largest distribution of this species in soils with pH 2/7% lime and 20% sand, 10% phosphorus, soil electrical conductivity, respectively, 12% to 32%, 42/0 to 44/0 dB Siemens is m. The highest density, canopy cover and dry in the north, longitude and elevation class 1600-1400 slopes less than 50 degrees, respectively. Plant roots penetrate to a depth of 50 cm and seed viability rate is 92%. After this step is so depressed. Autumn generally begins in late October and most of the second half of November, lasts until late autumn, winter, sleep is the beginning. Evaluation of chemical compounds found in different phonological stages of plant nitrogen and phosphorus decreases with increasing altitude. The maximum amount of nitrogen, potassium and plant protein elevation in the active growth phase, and the lowest value was obtained at flowering and seeding. Preference value and distribution of this species due to the high value for the slope and different heights can be attempted artificial cultivation in rangelands. Manuscript profile

Abstract Artemisia sieberi Besser. (Asteraceae) is a medicinal plant belongs to flora of Iran , which is used in treatment of parasitic and infectious diseases. In recent years, many habitats parts of this plant have been destroyed by human activities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the autecological characteristics and estimation of Artemisia density in Roodab region of Sabzevar in 2017. At first the A.sieberi habitats was determined on satellite images, then ecological information including topography, climate, soil, geology and phenology was collected. In the next step, Artemisia densities in degraded rangelands were investigated by using neural network model. For this purpose, 70 random soil samples consisting of independent variables (texture, EC, SAR, pH, N, P, K, cations, organic matter and lime percentage) as well as dependent variable (plant density) were used to construct the model. The results were showed that A.sieberi prefers altitudes of of 1400 to 1800 m, 0% to 12% slope, 160 to 200 mm rainfall, and loamy to calcareous loam soils with low salinity. plant vegetative activity begins in late March and seed ripening occurs early in December. The results of model prediction indicated that the lowest plant density with 0.11 / m2 was related to the plots that were 40 years under plowing stress and the highest density with 0.4 /m2 was related to the plots after two years of degradation. The regression model (R2) showed that 95% of independent variables were involved in determining plant density. Model prediction also indicated that the lowest density by 0.11 and 0.4 plant per m2 belonged to rangelands have been plowed more than 40 years and which lasted two years from their destruction, respectively. Regression model (R2) also showed that independent variables have a 95% effect on the determination of A.sieberi density. Manuscript profile

This research studied in ranglands of Abadeh county 2015-2016. First model of growth place prepare then its charactristics has been studied such as topography, slope, vector, geology, soil, climate, herbal coating, root system, phenology, jassid, forage quality. Result showed that the level of of Zaygophyllum atriplicoides growth place. in Abadeh cunty is 18.9%. This species is more in north, northeast, southeast. Geology studies showed that this species grow in limestone, shale, icy formations. In average canopy coverage percent is 39.1% and density of 6000 in each hectare. The root is kind of spray and has many auxiliary branches. Vegetation growth starts in middle of March. Time of flower appearance is in beginning of April and seeded is in last of April till middle of May. Seeds ripe and offusion start in beginning of June. In case of quality it changed from beginning and end of growth season: Crude protein 27.14 to 16.13%, Acid detergent fiber scale 5.36 to 12.46%, Natural detergent fiber scale 11.57 to 20.46% has been changed.
