The present paper aimed to determine the effectiveness of process management strategies excitement on the cognitive emotion regulation of adolescent girls with oppositional defiant disorder. Three subjects were selected bypurposeful sampling method among all 14-to-18-year-old adolescents with oppositional defiant disorder from schools in the city of Najaf Abad in academic year of 2015-2016. This study was implemented within the framework of a single subject experimental design using multi-tiered base lines design. In this research method, the intervention began after baseline position, in 8 single-subject intervention sessions, the training of process management strategies of excitement, based on Gross model, was presented to the subjects and the subjects were followed up after one month in three consecutive months. The used tools in this research were Garnefski’s (2001) Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, in which the subjects were assessed 11 times (4 times for baseline, 4 times for intervention and 3 times for follow-up). Data analysis was done through process change indexes, slope, and size of the effect, the Cohen's index and the ups-and-downs interpretation. The findings of this study showed that the desired intervention significantly reduced the subjects' scores on cognitive emotion regulation strategies and increased the adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies so that scores during the eight-session educational intervention had significant changes as compared with baseline. Review of the size of influence coefficient and the effectiveness charts also indicated that there were remarkable and significant effectiveness of intervention intensity for all three subjects in all studied variables. That is, the process management strategies of the excitement on the cognitive emotion regulation of adolescent girls with oppositional defiant disorder are effective. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of emotion management strategies based on emotion-oriented couples therapy approach on sexual satisfaction and communication patterns in married women. The current research was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a two-month follow-up period. The statistical population included all married women working in the education department of Tabriz city in 2022. The sample of this research included 30 sample people who were willing to participate in the research and were selected through available sampling. Then, among the research sample, 15 people were randomly replaced in the control group and 15 people in the intervention group (emotion management strategies based on emotion-oriented couple therapy approach). Data were collected using Hudson et al.'s (1981) sexual satisfaction questionnaire (ISS) and Christiesen et al.'s (1984) communication patterns (CPQ). The intervention of emotion management strategies based on the emotion-oriented couple therapy approach was carried out during 9 sessions of 40 minutes once a week; But the control group did not receive any intervention. The research data was analyzed by mixed variance analysis (repeated measurement). The results showed that the effectiveness of emotion management strategies based on emotion-oriented couple therapy approach was significant on sexual satisfaction and communication patterns (p<0.05). According to the findings of the present research, it can be concluded that emotional management strategies based on emotional couple therapy approach are effective on sexual satisfaction and communication patterns in married women. Background and purpose: Emotions are inside organizations and cannot be separated from the work environment, and it is important to pay attention to the management of emotions. The purpose of this research is to design a model of factors affecting emotion management in Islamic Azad University. Research method: The research method is exploratory in terms of objective and qualitative approach. In order to collect data and identify factors, content analysis method and interviews with 20 experts using theoretical sampling method were used to achieve theoretical saturation. Fuzzy Delphi technique was used to screen the factors, and to model and stratify the identified factors, interpretive structural modeling and Mick Mac analysis. Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting emotion management include background factors, cognitive-social factors, structural factors, and behavioral factors. In leveling the factors, it was found that the background factors are in the third level and the most influential factor in emotion management Conclusion: In order to strengthen and improve emotion management in universities, the factors that affect this matter should be taken into consideration by managers. Background factors in the first degree, and structural factors and cognitive-social factors in the second degree have a higher priority. Manuscript profile
