The family has an unparalleled position in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in other social systems. Accordingly, in the economic, social and cultural development programs of the country, the family and its excellence and consolidation have always been emphasized. However, scientific observations and researches show that it is important that the path that this social institution has taken in recent years in Iran has not been expected by development planners. Accordingly, the present study began with the assumption that "there is a gap between the real components of family consolidation and the components of social development planners."The present study was conducted using documentary and field methods and questionnaire technique for 390 young people on the verge of marriage. The results of this study show that unfortunately about half of the girls and boys on the verge of marriage are reluctant to marry and the social and economic infrastructure to meet the basic needs of a life for them in accordance with the patterns and structures of today's Iranian society is not provided. This, in combination with other macro and micro components of society, has caused serious challenges for the survival and excellence of Iranian families. Finally, by examining the hypotheses of the present study, the relationship between socio-economic status, religious beliefs and social support with strengthening the foundation of the family was confirmed.          The introduction deals with the islamic-iranian lifestyle of a model muslim woman because policies about family are in fact based on the assumptions about the role of women in the family. This research is going to clarify the theoretical approach of policy makers in the field of family through a content analysis of the law. As a result, the patterns of the relationship of the family and the society are to be studied within the framework of family functions and the desired patterns of family both affirmatively and figuratively. A study of family laws and emphasis on empowering and elevating it shows that from the perspective of policy makers, the educational function (children’s socialization) has been more important than the other functions of the family (such as personality establishment, economic functioning, and reproduction) and that a favorable family is a stable and efficient one where the members are playing their gender roles. The policy maker, in most cases, has taken advantage of education and culture to pave the way for implementing the formulated policies. The law of family consolidation is a clear extension of a family-oriented approach in the field of social policy making and it is also extended to the laws of the fifth phase development plan.  Manuscript profile

The Babi and Baha'i movement, which was formed in Iran about two hundred years ago, has been established and continued to expand despite all the oppositions that have been faced with them. The main question that is raised in this regard is that many emerging movements and groups have been formed throughout history in Shia in Iran or other Shia-dominated areas, but because they were faced with widespread opposition, they disappeared. They left and there is no mention of them except in documents and books, but despite the many oppositions that Babism and Baha'ism faced, this current was established and continued to expand? What could be the factors of this stabilization? Have external factors played a role in this matter? What is the role of followers of other religions in this regard? This research, using the descriptive-analytical method, only tries to analyze the role of an external factor and the role-making of Jews in this regard. The result indicates that considering the situation of Iran in this period of time, it was not possible to stabilize and expand this movement without the intervention of external factors and the role-playing of some people inside. In order to maintain its political and economic goals, in order to disrupt the unity and harmony of Iranians, England tried to stabilize the Babism and Baha'i movement in Iran with the help of minorities such as Jews. The foundation of the family should be strengthened by using Islamic teachings to protect it from the invasion of deviant cultures and the challenges of the western society in different eras of history. The family as an environment for the proper education of people affects different dimensions of the individual's growth. Despite the role of the family in the field of education, this role faces problems. The purpose of the research is to investigate whether Islam, which is the guardian of education, believes in the continuation of the educational role of the family system in various fields of education. In this research, it has been tried to analyze the contents using analytical-descriptive method. Investigations in the field of Islamic teachings in the historical course indicate that Islam has considered the continuation of the educational role of the family in the family system as necessary. Also, in the context of examining this issue, the correct and accurate relationship between spouses and children depends on the consistency and consolidation of the family. Manuscript profile

Saadi is one of the poets who has raised the concern of governance in his poetry more than others. In interaction and confrontation with the rulers, he has presented several factors that are effective in stabilizing and consolidating as well as the decline and fall of governments. In this article, we tried to investigate the dual variables of the strength of the government and its decline and fall in the textual and extratextual layers of Saadi's works and his deviation from the common and existing customs with the model of Skinner's hermeneutic method in order to get a precise understanding of the foundations of his thought. This research was done with descriptive method and content analysis and hermeneutic study of Skinner's text. In this research, we came to the conclusion that Saadi, being familiar with the fields of theoretical thought, including the norms of the Qur'an and Hadith, and the social norms before him, while understanding the existing practical conditions regarding social political issues, had an avoidance of norms and in many cases, both explicitly and implicitly. He has put practical solutions in front of statesmen and nobles regarding the reasons for the fall of rulers and the reasons for the stabilization of governments. Manuscript profile

The development of technology and communication (ICT) has made a huge change in human relations in such a way that the most basic institution of the society has faced intellectual, psychological, cultural and social damages in order to maintain itself and its functions against the transformation caused by the changes. In dealing with these injuries; Cultivation plays a key role in the recognition and correct use of the virtual space under the title of improving the level of media literacy. This qualitative research was conducted in terms of purpose, application and opinion gathering of information, sources related to the subject, and the obtained information was analyzed in a descriptive-analytical manner. This research has investigated the performance of virtual space from the positive and negative side on the institution of the family. In explaining the traumatic sociological factors, identity change, isolationism, virtual space addiction, privacy violation, etc. have been considered as negative factors of the effect of virtual space on the foundation of the family. Protecting the rights of family and ultimately improving the society depends on strengthening substantive and formal laws that are appropriate to the platform of virtual space and its unique features such as the speed of interactions and the absence of traditional borders. Reforming family laws as an independent institution in the perspective of the legislature requires changes in the field of reforming computer crimes, combining traditional family law laws with the characteristics of cyberspace and legislating regulations for the protection of family rights. Due to the fast growth of urban and industrial facilities, the necessity of construction in new land becomes inevitable. Most of these lands were left as a result of the existence of weak layers that make them unsuitable for construction. One the methods in treatment of such lands that have weak clay layers is the application of surcharge with or without prefabricated vertical drains or vacuum. In this literature first a brief description of the vacuum and surcharge preloading is presented and then a case history was investigated by finite element method that consists of only vacuum and prefabricated vertical drains without embankment. Based on the results the application of vacuum preloading alone even in the absence of surcharge, would give satisfactory results, especially where the application of surcharge preloading is not possible due to the unavailability of suitable loading material or the existence of sensitive buildings or infrastructures. The results of this literature can be used by consulting companies or personals who are active in land reclamation, especially in offshore regions. Manuscript profile
