Introduction: Hospitals can provide high quality, distinct and beyond expectation services, while paying close attention to marketing principles in their area of service. At the same time, brand authenticity, trust and brand equity need to be addressed. As a result, while honoring patients and providing them with better services, they create a value-for-money environment in which to receive the appropriate benefits for their services. Methods: The statistical population of this study was all clients of Qazvin Chamran Hospital. Thus, the Cochran formula for infinite societies determines 385 people. Also, systematic random sampling was used to select clients of this hospital. The required data were collected through a standard questionnaire distributed by Egers et al. (2013) and Lu et al. (2015) and analyzed using structural equation modeling and AMOS software. Content validity was used to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire and it was determined that the questionnaire was valid. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient also showed that the reliability of the research measurement tool can be relied on. Data were analyzed using structural equation analysis. Result: The results of structural equation modeling show that consistency (0.58), customer orientation (0.79), homogeneity (0.62) have significant effect on trust and trust also have significant effect on brand equity (0.91) and tend to choose the brand (0.96). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it can be stated that from the perspective of brand management, one of the factors influencing the choice of a hospital brand is consistency, customer orientation, homogeneity and trust. Hospitals can provide high quality, distinctive and beyond-the-patient service while paying close attention to the marketing principles of their service, while simultaneously paying attention to brand authenticity, trust and brand equity. Sheikh Shahab Al-Din Yahya Sohravardi is the mystic philosopher possessing a wisdom composed of both theoretical knowledge and practical conduct. In his thoughts, one can trace elements of thinking in ancient Iran, ancient Greece, and the Islamic culture. His main concern was to resuscitate the apocalyptic thinking through employing the advantages of the three above-mentioned cultures. Sohravardi shares his thinking based on Khosravani (Royal) School and Islamic thoughts with that of Sheikh Farid Al-Din Attar. The ways to understand and the nature of God for both thinkers is a crucial issue. In their thinking, other theories of knowledge are overshadowed by the mentioned fundamental knowledge. The key to understand Sohravardi’s apocalyptic wisdom is self-knowledge, which is, in turn, dependent on knowing God and the knowledge of the universe. Thus, he believes that his knowledge of the universe depends on the recognition of “lights”. In his thinking, God id the true and absolute light. Attar also believes that the light is the source and spirit of life and living. Without this light there is no stability, and no part of the universe is deprived of its sign. Both thinkers, like other Eastern ones, maintain that sensory and intellectual ways are not sufficient to understand God. The most genuine way, they argue, to understand God is through apocalypse and revelation. This paper is an attempt to analyze and evaluate Sohravardi’s and Attar’s thoughts.             Manuscript profile

The era of AI-generated content has introduced a profound transformation in the realms of creativity, authorship, and intellectual property rights. This study examined two research aspects. Firstly, it explored the impact of AI- English language-generated content on the traditional boundaries of authorship, creativity, and intellectual property rights. Secondly, it investigated the ethical and legal challenges associated with AI's influence on TEFL content generation and how the academic communities address these concerns. The research team employed a mixed-methods approach. Twenty-Eight individuals, organizations, and professionals made up the target population of the current study. The researchers interviewed experts in the fields of AI, law, and English language material development. The researchers analyzed real-world cases of AI-TEFL generated content usage, particularly within academic settings. The findings revealed that AI-generated content challenges conventional notions of authorship and creativity by introducing autonomous AI creators while also augmenting human creativity. The ambiguous landscape of intellectual property rights necessitates adaptive legal frameworks. While AI challenges established norms, it also offers opportunities for collaboration and inspiration. To address these issues, collaborative frameworks, ethical guidelines, and transparency were proposed as integral solutions. Respondents emphasize collaborative efforts to address the ethical and legal concerns associated with AI's influence on content generation within the academic communities. The implications extend to various sectors, including academia, creative industries, and legal systems. This study underscores the pressing need for a delicate balance between AI's creative potential and the preservation of ethical and legal standards in the evolving landscape of content creation. The present research has studied the architecture of nomads with a semiotic approach based on the originality of meaning. Architecture as a meaning is a reflection of ideas and values that to understand and receive its meanings, one should seek help from the science of signs, and since this science originates from philosophy, then it should be read from a philosophical point of view. be decoded. The science of semiotics and semantics are closely related to each other today. Basically, the sign represents semantic concepts; While the meaning can be seen in the sign. It is the same in the field of architectural knowledge, and for a better understanding of the relationship between architecture and the science of semiotics, it is necessary to pay attention to these two sciences and the relationship between them. But the most important category in the field of semantics is to pay attention to different levels of meanings, which in this research were divided into three types of explicit, implicit and symbolic meanings. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the coding of signs was used after layering the residential complex in five levels of construction, environment, access, physical-functional and landscape, and then each part was analyzed separately at different levels of meaning. took Basically, nomadic architecture itself is composed of various layers that convey signs in the form of meanings and concepts to the observer and observer through the layers. It seems that the art of nomadic architecture in the design of tents and the creation of sometimes temporary residences; It is formed with the principles of semiotics, especially based on the originality of meaning. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to prove the existence of signs in the residential complex of nomadic people based on the originality of meaning in nomadic architecture. In order to achieve this goal, questions are raised as to why it is necessary to study nomadic settlements and on what basis they are analyzed from a semiotic point of view. The research method of this research is of the theoretical type, which used the descriptive-analytical and historical method with qualitative variables and logical and philosophical reasoning in the data collection stage. to compile analyses; The generalities and structures of the studied collection have been made in the five systems of text creation, and by analyzing them, the concepts and signs used in them have been obtained, and then by coding and classifying the concepts in three semantic levels, explicit and implicit. and symbolic; has been extracted. Therefore, since the subject under discussion is studying the design of temporary settlements of nomadic tribes in Iran, the Qashqai nomadic tribe has been chosen due to having suitable conditions for coding. The results of the research indicate that temporary nomadic settlements, in addition to paying attention to the desired functional aspects in design, have tried to reflect spiritual and aesthetic concepts in the form of residential architecture. Therefore, it can be seen that in the architecture of nomadic tribes, the presence of signs and meanings hidden in them have been used to design temporary settlements. Manuscript profile

6 - The School of "originality of benefit" and escape from the absolutism in Khayyâm's Rubaiyat based on his moral school

There is a huge ambiguity about Khayyâm's poem, thoughts and personalities in comparison with other poets in Persian literature. Attributing some incompatible pomes to him increases this ambiguity. Because of the close relationship that Khayyâm had with the court and the government, he was well aware of the issues and problems which deprived the society from the public stability.  The society in which Khayyam lived was the area of conflict and controversy of fanatics who rely on their opinions and they were followed by the acquisition of authority. In fact, the moral rules of society were based on the belief that the results were just arbitrary. Therefore, he used his quatrains as a manifest for his moral school and if we compare this school with the recent ones, we can find many similarities with the school of "originality of benefit". In his moral school, good or bad depend on its outcomes and how much enjoy they would bring. Khayyam was well aware of the importance and benefits of individual freedom in the progress of the society. Therefore, in his Rubaiyat, he was in research of breaking intellectual rigor atmosphere that had prevailed in society and tried to foster the tolerance spirit.  Manuscript profile
