At present, managers are under increasing pressure to not only reduce operating costs, but also to minimize the environmental impact of their activities and increase environmental performance. The main objective of this study is to identify environmental factors at the corporate level. In order to achieve this, the research was carried out in two separate phases during the years 2018 and 2019.First, after studying the theoretical foundations of the research, a descriptive phenomenological baroque qualitative research method was used, based on the experiences of people involved in the field of research. Secondly, in order to confirm and meet the identified criteria, data analysis was performed by designing a questionnaire and conducting a survey of scientific experts. The result of the study is to identify 20 criteria and classify them into 4 general categories and in the second stage to confirm and fit the general structure of all instances using structural equation technique and factor analysis test. The research findings are effective in identifying and understanding environmental standards and adhering to them at the corporate level, developing environmental accounting standards across industries and encouraging organizations to implement green accounting and will have desirable consequences. Abstract Losing a family member is the biggest crisis a person has to face. Due to the quarantine conditions and the lack of mourning and emotional evacuation, and due to the fact that mourning is a social reaction, the aim of this study was to investigate the participants' experience of mourning after the death of a family member due to coronary heart disease. In this research, descriptive phenomenological qualitative research (lived experience) has been used to collect and evaluate information about the experience of mourning. Twelve participants who experienced the death of a family member were selected by purposive sampling method and data collection was continued through in-depth interviews with them until the data reached saturation. Data analysis and interpretation were performed by Colaizzi method and phenomenological approach. After analyzing the results, four main clusters and ten sub-clusters were extracted. The results of this study confirm that the lack of mourning in coronary heart disease survivors has had significant consequences. Manuscript profile

The present research aimed to design a model for enhancing the online teaching-learning process based on theoretical studies and the lived experience of professionals and practitioners of the online teaching and learning process. The research method was mixed (first qualitative and then quantitative). In the first step, using meta-synthesis, the factors for the enhancement of the online teaching-learning process were extracted from theoretical and research backgrounds with qualitative methods using MAXQDA 2018 software. In the second step, relevant factors were obtained using the phenomenological method of Van Manen (2016) from the lived experiences of professionals and practitioners in the virtual learning process, and in the third step, the initial model was compiled using the obtained factors. Before editing the final model, a 59-item questionnaire containing items from the qualitative phase was developed and distributed among 25 professionals and practitioners in the virtual learning process of higher education. The content validity ratio (CVR) of model items was calculated, and after omitting some items, 48 items remained. To validate the final model, a 48-item questionnaire was also distributed among 25 samples, and the validity of the items was confirmed with mean and standard deviation and t-test, and the final model for enhancing the online teaching-learning process was formulated based on four themes: the capabilities of the educational system, teacher competency, learner competency, and family structure.
