The sacred lineage of Imamate/Caliphate is one of the most challenging problems in the Islamic society in the first century.  Prophet's family occupied a privileged position in political atmosphere of Muslims from the earliest period. This article puts forward the history of the controversies on the sacred lineage among the Hashimtes and Umayyids and then the Hashimites and Alavids and Abbasids through the study of the coins minted in this period. The struggles of the Abbasids and Alavids in the sacred lineage and the concession of Caliphate in Imam Ali's progeny caused in long-term disputes that could be traced through the coins. These disputes lead to mint of various coins that contained the representation of sacred lineage of caliphate from the Prophet's progeny via Imam Ali and Fatima in the years 145-200 H. Eventually, the Abbasids had to withdraw their previous approach of the rejection of Alavids legitimacy of leadership in the Ma'mun's reign and tried to have a turn into the Alavids that appeared in the coins of the Imam Reza's crown prince. The present article has been developed to explain the relationship between jurisprudence and mysticism and the effect of the mystical view on the process of ijtihad. By reflecting on the process of ijtihad, it is possible to remove the sciences affecting the process of ijtihad from the monopoly of a few limited ones. It is through these presuppositions that the mujtahid may reach the fatwa; and mysticism, if not the most effective, is at least one of the effective foundations on the process of ijtihad. Accordingly, the article deals with the case study of Ibn Al-Arabi's fatwa on the permission of women to lead men over men in congregational prayers (contrary to the well-known opinion of the jurists of the two religious sects). In this regard, the principles of the separation of humanity and animalism, the commonality of men and women in humanity, the interpretation of narrations that seemingly overshadow the superiority of men, and a different view of the category of marriage and ijtihad, have been extracted from Ibn Al-Arabi's works. It should be noted that this article does not seek to prove the correctness of this fatwa of Ibn Al-Arabi and his explanation of ijtihad and the status of women; rather, the aim is to show the way based on which Ibn Al- Arabi reached such a rare fatwa with such a presupposition. The Imams (as) had a special place among the people and those in power because they were the leaders of the Shiites. Having such a special position made the children of the Imams (AS) easily not accept the Imamate of a brother or nephew who has reached the position of Imamate and try to reach such a position themselves. One of these children is Jafar, the brother of Imam Hassan Askari (AS) and the uncle of Imam Zaman (AS). Because Imam al-Zaman (as) was young and in absentia, and except for a few members of his family and Shiites, no one had seen him, he sought to usurp the position of Imamate of Imam al-Zaman (as) and for some time with some Shiites. He accompanied himself, but in the end he could not reach his goal and for this reason he became known as Jafar Kadhab. The purpose of this article is to use a descriptive-analytical method to examine the factors that influenced Jafar Kadhab to claim Imamate, as well as the reasons for rejecting his Imamate. Evaluation of the interpreter's work with his previous works, which is the foundation of the subsequent works, is one of the criteria that shows compliance with the scientific principles of interpretation, avoiding religious prejudices and the interference of external affairs, especially this issue. It is crystallized in controversial issues such as Imamate. This research with descriptive analytical method, with the mentioned purpose, has investigated the performance of Fakhrazi in Tafsir Kabir on the issue of determining the examples of Imamate verses. The findings of the research indicate that Fakhrazi has adopted four approaches in the issue of Imamate, which are explicit exclusive agreement, implicit agreement jointly with other examples, implicit opposition without specifying in denying the example, and finally, explicit opposition to the examples of the verses. And since the approach of implicit denial occupies the largest part of the verses of Imamate, but has received less attention, the focus of the present research is on this approach. The final result showed that Fakhrazi, despite being aware of the interpretations of the parties, refused to quote and express the real examples of the verses of Imamate. Manuscript profile

One of the theories that come up when examining the history of the Shia religion is the theory of the historical development of this religion. Based on this theory the principles of the Imamate theory, which is a part of the characteristics of the Imam from the Shiite point of view, have been gradually formed throughout history and have reached their present evolution. One of these features that Shia believe in is the text on imamate , which according to the theory of the historical development of imamate, this feature has also gradually evolved after during the presence of Imams . And it has been proposed as one of the principles of Imamate theory in Shia religion. Based on this, it is necessary to discuss the text on imamate as one of the characteristics of the imam among the Shiites during the time of the Prophet and the Imams in order to first prove that this theory was one of the theories proposed at that time. and secondly, the text on imamate, is one of the teachings of the Prophet and the imams after him, and was also considered by Shia theologians at the time of his presence, and the theory of historical development of Imamate and its foundations, including the text on Imamate, is not a correct theory and in accordance with reality. Although theories of good governance are the product of modern times, Islam has doctrines that outline the characteristics of good governance. Each of the Islamic thinkers, in accordance with the characteristics of good governance, has extracted it from Islamic sources and presented it for designing a decent life for Muslims. This study has comparatively examined the views of Ayatollah Beheshti from the perspective of Western and Islamic thinkers in order to comparatively evaluate good characteristics, because Ayatollah Beheshti has a more correct understanding of these characteristics due to his combined jurisprudential and philosophical knowledge and life experience in the Islamic and Western worlds. His theory under the title of political system "Ummah and Imamate" has several characteristics of good governance. And we have dealt with the "fight against corruption" from Beheshti's perspective, and we have sought traces of their institutionalization in his attempt to propose and approve them in the Assembly of Constitutional Experts. Finally, this study has concluded that these indicators, due to their design in the framework of the political system of the ummah and Imamate, while adapting formally and structurally to modern theories, in terms of content have Islamic interpretations and standards. Imamate is considered the central and foundational pillar of the political philosophy in Shiite Islam. Among various Islamic sects, there exists divergence regarding the necessity and obligation of appointing an Imam, and each sect, based on its theological and jurisprudential roots, has adopted specific beliefs. One significant sect in this regard is the Ismailiyya, which, while emphasizing the explicit divine command and obligation for the appointment of an Imam from God and the preceding Imams, holds distinctive views on the foundation of Imamate. The proponents of this sect, from rational, revelatory, and historical perspectives, advocate the divine necessity of Imam's appointment, understanding it, and the perpetuity of Imamate until the Day of Judgment. In light of this matter, the present research aims to investigate the divine appointment of the Imam among different Shiite sects, focusing on the Ismaili viewpoint, and compare it with the perspectives of Twelver Shiites regarding the divine necessity, recognition, and continuity of Imamate until the Day of Judgment.
