Takfiri jihadism is an international identity that has challenged the modern international system at different levels. The ideology of this movement has been theorized by the Arab Islamists and it receives most of its forces from the Arab world. The process of expansion and consolidation of the contemporary international system in the Arab world coincides with the birth and development of takfiri jihadism in this region. This research questions the role of the international system in the spread of radical political Islam in Arab societies. The research conducted in this area shows that the crisis in nation-state building, identity crisis, crises caused by modernity or the social or religious contexts of violence in Arab and Islamic societies have been effective in the tendency of the Arab world towards this radicalism. Using constructivist and post-colonial theories, this research shows that the Arab world's understanding of the modern international system, which is a function of the evolution of this system, has faced a paradigm shift over the past century, and this change has created the ground for the role of takfiri jihadism. Is. In the new paradigm of the modern international system, it is completely denied according to the understanding of political Islam. This system is considered an evil structure against Arabs and Muslims, and Jihad against it and all its henchmen is a priority for Arabs and Muslims. Manuscript profile

The desirable model of governance based on Islamic values has been one of the ideals of Muslim thinkers to promote justice. In this scope, of course, the good governance proposed by the United Nations has been one of the closest ideas to the ideal model of governance based on Islamic values, regardless of the fact that Islamic values have no place in good governance and the basis of that is Western values. From this point of view, the necessity of this research is that in order to meet the basic needs of the society, it highlights justice, security and stability, and the desired Islamic governance gains meaning and the place of people and justice in it becomes more internalized. The goal is to present a model based on the ideal model of Islamic governance. The question is, to what extent has the desired model of governance, based on Islamic values, been implemented in the development of justice and the status of the people after the Islamic Revolution? Without considering the activism of religious institutions, including Shia and Sunni clergy,or even Jewish religious figures, studying the political and social history of the Middle East will be imperfect. The clergy within any religious or social group has had a significant impact on these groups’ internal and external developments. The focus of the present research has been whether this activism is solely aimed at defending a particular ethical or religious purity,or if it is in a close relationship with the power-seeking motives of these activists. In this regard,an attempt has been made to explore and investigate the activism of Shia clergy in Iran during one of the most crucial periods in Iran’s political history, i.e.the nationalization of the oil industry in the 1940s.The primary question of this study is what was the role of Shia clergy in the nationalization of the oil industry and what were the objectives they pursued in doing so? According to the research results, if we categorize Shia clergy into three groups:conservative, revolutionary and pragmatic, the pragmatic movement has been the dominant force in the nationalization of the oil industry.Through accepting balancing role for itself, it sought to create alliances and temporary coalitions, sometimes conflicting with other social activists in the course of nationalization of the oil industry to provide the grounds for the emergence and empowerment of activists who could better contribute to the consolidation of their power and position. In this path, the defense of religious values was on the sidelines or just served as a means to their ultimate goal. Democracy and democracy are among the topics that are discussed in many scientific and even political circles, now the question arises whether there is a difference between Western democracy and religious democracy? Different views of Islamic thinkers in the affirmation of religious and Islamic democracy, including the Imams of the Revolution, Shahid Motahari and several other religious leaders, are considered, who believe in religious democracy because in a society full of religious people value Religious beliefs play an essential role in the public sphere of society. In common democracies, the common denominator is the participation of the people through the method of representation and referendum, and on the other hand, those who believe in secular or Western democracy, Religious democracy is considered as a combination of two words, democracy and religion, and it is not considered as an original, independent concept and definition, and it is considered to have various ambiguities, or religion is considered to limit the principle of democracy, because in their opinion, religion with Democracy cannot be summed up and it is an imposed, artificial and unattainable word like Mohammad Reza Darvish who believes in liberal democracy. While many Islamic theorists do not consider the term religious democracy as a compound word, but a single truth in the essence of the Islamic system. That is, if a religion is to be formed on the basis of religion, it is not possible without the acceptance of the people. Manuscript profile

Iran's Islamic revolution centered on religion in the 20th century took place with a different form and content than other world revolutions, and various indicators of soft power were created with the occurrence of the Islamic revolution. Martyr Hassan Tehrani Moghadam was one of the influencers of soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region. He was one of the founders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the military and command systems, a scholar, a mystic, and a great mujahideen. In the current research, an attempt has been made to answer this question, what are the components of the soft power of Shahid Hassan Tehrani Moghadam by emphasizing the statements of Imam Khamenei? Researchers have conceptualized the data obtained from the statements of Imam Khamenei by using the method of thematic analysis. Based on those concepts, the primary themes (divine intention, connection with the Quran and prayer, firm determination, strong will, being sharp, knowing the right path, heavy revolutionary work, seriousness in responsibilities, being powerful, moving wisely and prioritization of tasks) and organizing themes (good faith in God, belief in God's help, guardianship, adherence, cleverness, awareness, openness, diligence, jihadi effort, frost and double effort) were obtained. Finally, by combining and integrating the inclusive themes, the five dimensions of trust in God, responsibility, insight, tirelessness and quickness combined with tact were extracted with emphasis on the statements of Imam Khamenei.
