Abstract :
Today, companies cannot sustain high profits and revenues based on an established innovation. For their survival, companies must introduce new products to the market and use organizational changes and different strategies. In the current research, an attempt was made to investigate the effect of organizational managers' membership in social networks on organizational performance through knowledge networks and strategic flexibility. The research was done in terms of practical purpose and with the causal method.
