Investigate practices employed and unemployed women's decision-making within the family and marital disputes relationship with the city of Shushtar

Abstract :
In this issue of Examine ways of deciding between women employment and non employment familis and the relationship with marital disputes in the Shoushtar city were studied and independent variables of the theoretical framework of research (theory, resources, trade, and conflict theory) conclusions on two main hypotheses and five sub-hypotheses were proposed. To review, two groups of 70 samples were selected from statistical society and multi-stage cluster sampling have been used. Information by 2 resercher’s questionnaire, were collected and the SPSS software were analyzed and the appropriate level of measurement of variables descriptive statistics (mode,, Average, etc.) and inferential statistics (test t, and regression analysis , etc ) was used. Assumptions about the survey results showed that: 1 - The ways of decinding between working and non-working married women families are different. 2 – The ways of decinding in families has an impact on the marital disputes. 3 - The independent variables of female education, income, personal property of women and couples in terms of statistical has an impact on the decinding ways in the family. 4 - The independent variable of husband's income, husband's education, age-gap couples, for families of married couples is not statistically significant in the decinding ways.
