Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of distributive justice, perceived organizational support, individual-organization fit, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on innovative work behavior in Pars Energy Special Economic Zone - National Oil Company. The current research is practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the type of data collection and survey information, it is of the correlation branch and of the structural equation modeling type. The statistical population of the research is 148 specialists related to the subject in the National Iranian Oil Company, the available random sampling method was used for sampling. The information obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed by SMART PLS2 structural equation software. The findings concluded that distributive justice has an effect on employee innovation, which means that the innovative work behavior of employees increases when the organization has the correct implementation of justice in its work environment. On the other hand, motivation is the key through which people can customize efforts to generate and implement innovative ideas. Innovation needs support and encouragement in the organization, and in this regard, when people working in the organization are supported, they feel they can test new ideas and methods with the aim of achieving their goals or completing their tasks, that is, increasing perceived organizational support leads to improvement. The work behavior becomes innovative, and the fit between the individual and the organization has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior.
