Abstract :
The main purpose of this research is Social Consequences And Stratgies Sustainable Human Resource Management In Government Organizations Iran .The present research is a developmental and applied based on objective and is qualitative in terms of its nature. The society is marketing expert and human resources in the qualitative sector Experts were identified by purposeful sampling and snowball techniques ,which, according to the adequacy of the data,19 experts have been interviewed. Data was analysed based on Grounded theory. The results show that the components personal the Groups and organizational and attention to the are identified as casul conditions. The main phenomenon is individual characteristics. Internal and external factors as intervener condition, Organizational culture as capacity building .organizational change and planning context and the practices management infommation system Design. Personal outcom. Organizational outcom and social outcom of human resource management sustainable and competent and skill mananement of human resources as main strategies have been identified. it should be noted that the questions of interviews and questionnaires are survey method, therefore, controlling all the variables by the researcher is not totally possible. representing the solutions to Government Organizations Iran the management to sustainable human resource of the survival of the organization.
