Abstract :
AbstractUnderstanding the factors that create social and organizational behavior in environmental policy is very effective and necessary to maintain and improve the environment. Therefore, the present study seeks to answer the question to what extent do the factors that cause social behaviors facilitate organizational environmental policies? Before environmental policy-making, the factors of social and organizational behavior influencing policy-making, such as environmental information, environmental attitude, environmental concern, environmental literacy, and government institutions and organizations, such as environmental principles, should be considered in law. Recognize basic and other public governmental organizations to be able to make environmental policy based on data affecting social behaviors and organizational functions. The present article is descriptive-analytical and uses the library method to examine the question in the two sections of recognizing the factors of social behavior and the organizational status of policies. Findings show that correct knowledge of the factors causing social and organizational behavior can help reduce the gap between social and organizational behaviors in rational environmental policy and given the political and cultural structure of developing countries, including Iran, Be the beginning of a major change in public policy.
