Abstract :
Women's employment renders to be an important issue to be scientifically discussed in today's world. Women seek jobs for numerous reasons which make them accept other social responsibilities other than their domestic duties. These, in fact, are fighting two fronts. Women's employment today is one of the issues that arises in the community and women are working for a variety of reasons.And they even have to accept social responsibilities in addition to their responsibilities at home and the education of their children.This is where we are faced with the "working women".People who serve and serve on two important fronts, the community and the family.Also women's employment is one of the issues that is posing in Iran and has had some effects in the community. In this study, the factors and implications for the employment of cultural women in Sabzevar are studied and analyzed. Also, the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between factors such as job satisfaction, sense of security, income and personal development (self-development) and the attitude towards the employment of cultural women. The statistical population of the research was women's cultural schools in Sabzevar, and the sample size was 200 people who were randomly selected using Cochran's formula and cluster sampling method. The research method is survey and data gathering tool is a questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis are used to process a suitable proposed model. The results show that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction, feeling of security and self-esteem, and attitude towards employment, but income has not affected their attitude toward employment.
