Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to provide a talent management model for employees of Shahed University. The methodology of this research is applied in terms of objective, qualitative and in terms of the nature and type of study of the data type of the foundation. Through interviewing and finally using the interpretive theory, a native pattern was finalized. The statistical society of the present study It consists of academic experts. A sample of 30 targeting snowball census samplers was selected. The survey instrument was formed with the help of a semi-structured interview form in which templates, dimensions, components and indicators of the talent management model were set up. For this, patterns, findings, studies, and theories were first reviewed. The indexes were then counted by open coding and after categorical coding, the final form of the interview was sent to 30 field experts to make selective coding and was obtained through a Delphi technique and a deep interview saturation survey. This study was performed to determine the relative validity of the validity and the central index (mean). The results of the findings showed that the most important indicator of the promotion of talent management model is the category of "excellence", which includes indicators: lane management, succession, organizational commitment. Subsequently, the category of "absorption" consists of indicators: identification, selection and application. Finally, the model of indicators influencing the talent management model, which included 13 indicators in five main categories: "absorption", "hold", "education and improvement", "performance management", "excellence", which in this model, the average Each category and order of importance of indicators are shown in each category.
