Predicting the quality of life of women teachers in terms of organizational intelligence and spiritual intelligence

Abstract :

Quality upgrade that enhances the performance and operating life is also a sense of personal satisfaction. So by increasing the intellectual ability or organizational intelligence, quality of life will increase.This study aimed to investigate the role of organizational intelligence and spiritual intelligence as predictors of quality of life of female teachers was performed in carrying out this research was Descriptive_Corrolution. For this purpose, 210 female teachers were selected by multistage sampling. To collect the data, organizational intelligence (Albrecht, Karl 2009), Spiritual intelligence is (Badi) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life questionnaire (WHOQOL) was used. Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used for data analysis.Correlation analysis showed that the majority of the components of organizational intelligence is a significant positive relationship (P
