Abstract :
Institutions that aim for organizational health fundamentally prioritize the well-being and tranquility of their work environments, even when faced with difficulties. Every educational institution has faced challenges; however, the decisions made by leaders and administrators regarding the emphasis on the well-being of their organizations can significantly enhance teachers' experiences, boost overall morale, and contribute to the long-term success of the school. This study focuses on creating a model to understand the elements that affect organizational health within schools, categorizing it as a developmental research study. The current study focused on a statistical population that included 250 distinguished school educators from the Ardabil province. In this research, a convenience sampling technique was employed, involving a total of 40 samples. The data was analyzed using the Delphi method according to the three stages outlined by Schmidt et al. (2001). The results indicated that 31 measures across the four dimensions of adaptation, goal attainment, cohesion, and integration are appropriate for ensuring the sustainability of organizational health within educational institutions. The assessment of the indicators within the organizational health influencing factors model revealed that the criterion "establishing high standards by managers" received the highest ranking, while the criterion "manager's behavior in shaping working relationships with teachers" was rated the lowest.
