Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of poverty culture in the suburban neighborhoods of Arak city on the social deviance in these neighborhoods. To this end, identifying the features of the culture of poverty and their impact on the three major social deviations of these neighborhoods, namely drug use, theft And quarrels were investigated.
