Abstract :
In this study, twenty technical indicators and characteristics of social media were extracted through interaction with cyberspace and computer experts, using the Delphi method. Seventeen popular social media were then examined and the details of the networks in the documented indicators were examined. Also, a new combined ranking method called voting TOPSIS was designed by combining the two methods of TOPSIS and preferential voting, and finally the method designed to rank seventeen social media was used. Findings obtained in this study show that Facebook, Telegram, Gap, Soroush and iGap social media are ranked first to fifth in terms of providing technical and infrastructure facilities, respectively. In this study, focusing on native social media, strategies to improve the position of these social media are presented, which can lead to the development of an appropriate roadmap to achieve an acceptable share among applicants in Iran
