Abstract :
Proper policy formation in administrative integrity systems must be done through effective and interventionist practices in developing countries. The purpose of this study is to identify strategies for effective public policy in the field of administrative integrity systems. The proposed study has been implemented through interviews with parliamentarians. And the results were identified and evaluated by themes analysis. The results indicate that considering traditional- technological dimensions, capacity building theme was presented as a practical approach . In addition, strategies for effective policy formation in administrative integrity system(Iran) includes 11 sub themes and 44 codes, which are summarized in eight main themes.
