Abstract :
Rose belong to Rosa genus and Rosaceae family. The tissue culture technique is useful for scale up to short time (in all of seasons) and secondary metabolites production and proliferation medicinal plants. Optimization of rosa micropropagation has been done in MS medium with IBA (0.1 mg/l) and BAP (2 mg/l) during two subcultures. The number of bloom and flower, percentage of flowering, bloom formation of time and flower annthesis of time have been researched from 5 different In vitro flowering treatments, they were MS medium culture with IBA (0.5, 1, 1.5 mg/l), BAP (0.02, 0.05, 0.1 mg/l) and GA3 (0.2, 0.5 mg/l) during two subcultures. In vitro flowering did not initiate in one and five treatments, %46.6, %40 and %33.3 were in 2 to 4 treatments, respectively. The bloom formation time was 53-57 days and flower formation time was 61-67 days in 2 to 4 treatments, respectively. The statistical analysis showed means had significantly in 2 and 4 treatments. Optimization of rosa miniature In vitro flowering has been done in MS medium culture with IBA (1 mg/l), BAP (0.02 mg/l) and GA3 (0.2 mg/l). The bloom formation time and anthesis flower were in 53 days and 63 days.
