    Ethical principles of article publication:

    Copyright law

     Copyright is reserved for the authors. Authors can download, use and distribute the content of research articles and data electronically as well as physically (e.g. via e-mail or teaching or printing) without restriction in academic, non-commercial and commercial sources.
     Authors may use their content in new publications (with full acknowledgment of the original article and publication source) without permission or payment. If they mention the source of publication. The journal is open access so it has no subscription for all types of users.
     Institutions such as universities and classrooms can freely use articles in courses.

    Authors' criteria

     Authors must be committed to publication ethics in the field of production and publication.      Submitted articles should not be simultaneously refereed, accepted or published in other sources (both national and international). This action is considered a violation of publishing ethics.
     Deciding on the submitted article (acceptance, rejection and corrections) is part of the responsibility of the journal editors.
     Any editing or correction of the content of the manuscript is done with the consent and agreement of the authors.
     Papers that are rejected and withdrawn will be archived and removed from the refereeing process.
     Journal staff and editors maintain the confidentiality of submitted articles and the information of authors and reviewers until the end of the publication process and thereafter.

    Duties of authors

     All authors and co-authors must contribute to the writing of the paper or research.

     Scientific articles should be based on the standards and format of the journal. Methodology must be performed carefully and accurately, and data must be reported in a reliable manner.
     The authors are obliged to mention all the sources used in the article in the citations and references.
     Authors must carefully adhere to citations and references, and all sources used must be mentioned in the text of the article and references. Authors should consider the copyright of other sources. Citations and references should follow the IEEE format and should include all sources used, including articles, books, Internet resources, etc.
     Authors should avoid any fabricated and manipulated data, false and duplicate information (such as translation from other sources without referencing).
     The journal may ask the authors to provide their raw data if necessary to check the validity of the results. According to the ALPSP-STM Statement on Data and Databases, providing public access to this raw information can improve understanding of articles.
     Research involving humans or animals must protect the safety and health of individuals. Conducting research that harms (or will harm) or puts subjects or participants at risk must be fully described in the article.
     If the authors benefit from financial support, they should list the financial support information as well as the conflict of interest.
     If the authors notice any errors or mistakes in the results of the article during publication and after, they should inform the editors of the journal and correct the scientific errors or withdraw the article.
     Submitting articles in this journal means that the authors have not published those articles in other sources (except dissertations or dissertations) and the authors agree with the submission and arrangement of the authors. In addition, the sponsor and funder of the article should be aware of its submission. During the review or publication process, the authors are not allowed to submit the same article in other journals or conferences, in case of violation of these rules, the journal can take legal action against the authors.

    Note: This journal should not publish more than two articles submitted by its editors in one year. If one of the editors such as Editor-in-Chief, Editor-in-Chief, etc., is willing to submit an article to the journal, his article will be managed or reviewed by referees appointed by other editors without interference from the authors and without prejudice.

     Rules of judges

     The referees must maintain the confidentiality of the research articles and do not have the right to share and publish the content of the articles.

     If the submitted article is not in the work area of ​​the referees, they are morally obliged to refuse to accept the refereeing process.
     If the referees notice the author's name and surname, it is appropriate to inform the editors to avoid any biased comments.
     The referees must submit their comments within the specified deadlines after accepting the editors' invitations. If for any reason they cannot meet the deadline, they should contact the editors as soon as possible.
     Reviewers are expected to review articles impartially and to respect the journal's policies.

     Publisher criteria

     The publisher undertakes to keep all content and history of submitted articles confidential.
     The publisher is obliged to answer the users' questions regarding the technical problems of the site.
     Publisher shall back up and archive all submitted data and articles.
     The publisher should publish the articles after proofreading and approval by the authors.
     The publisher must present the articles with proper editing and layout.
     The publisher is obliged to solve any possible technical and non-technical problems regarding the management system of the publication.
     The Publisher shall handle problematic issues and violations in accordance with the Code of Ethics issued by COPE and the Publisher.
     The publisher should follow the activities and feedback of the journals to ensure that the journals adhere to the ethical rules.
