Abstract :
The purpose of the study is to identify suitable factors for establishing a comprehensive quality management system in sports facilities. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative section was composed of heads and deputies of sports and youth departments in the districts and cities of Zanjan province; sports specialist professors. Also, the statistical population in the quantitative section included all sports facility managers and coaches working in sports facilities and athletes using sports facilities in Zanjan province, which were 300 people, of which 115 people were selected as samples using the Hooman method. To collect data in the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was used, and in the quantitative section, a questionnaire from the interview was used. To analyze the data in the qualitative section, open, axial, and selective coding was used, and in the quantitative section, confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman test were used using the IMOS software version 23. The findings from the qualitative section were 3 factors, 26 components and 180 items. In the quantitative section, the results of the second-order factor analysis showed that the calculated CMIN/DF value was 2.301. In competitions, the final winner should not be just one group, but all organizations in this complex are the winners and recipients of a healthy sporting event and competition. This goal is not possible unless sports venues and clubs are viewed as a cultural organization in promoting public health and healthy recreation and activities for young people.
