Relationship between communication skills and mindfulness with emotional expressiveness in students.

Abstract :
Abstract More skills in the field of emotions, social relationships, mindfulness and other cognitive processes, is an individual to be able to pass the obstacles in life, successful mental health in adulthood have. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between communication skills and mindfulness is the emotional expressiveness. Materials and Methods: The study population consisted 359 students of Bachelor of Psychology , Islamic Azad University of Tehran with clinical orientation 95-94 were enrolled in the academic year, this number, 186 cases (to ensure 200) according to the sample table and Morgan, for instance, were selected and randomly All participants were assessed with emotional expressiveness King and Emmons, communication skills Jerabek and completed the Five-Factor Inventory of Mindfulness. Information gathered using both descriptive and inferential spss software was evaluated. The Pearson correlation coefficient was used inferential and based on the consideration that intensity regression analysis was used. Results: Two variables mindfulness and communication skills with emotional expressiveness, there was a significant correlation (p <0/01). 2576 of the variance in emotional expressiveness by the two variables is described mindfulness and communication skills. In other words, 2576 of the variance is explained by these variables in the variable emotional expressiveness. The amount of R observed (0/506) indicates that the current linear regression model can be used to predict. In addition, the F calculated (32/126) at least 99% confidence level is significant. Referring to the statistic t and significant levels, it can be judged that both variables mindfulness and communication skills with a significant correlation between emotional expressiveness. Conclusion: It is concluded that the two variables mindfulness and communication skills with a significant and positive correlation between emotional expressiveness. In other words, the increase in these variables, emotional expressiveness score increases.
