  In the Holy Qur'an, the concepts of value and education are expressed in different formats. One of the structures and expressions is the exclamation style, which is used for the purpose of removing ambiguity, emphasizing and exaggerating something and forcing the audience to think and rationalize. Sama'i and Mutlaq are used in the verses of the Quran, in other words, they are the equivalent of emotional sentences in other languages, which are used for the purpose of informing the intelligent audience, clarifying an ambiguous issue and inviting the subject of Mukhtar Aqeel.
