Abstract :
The aim of this study was to attainment the roles and components of the hidden curriculum in the educational self-efficacy of son students from view of the Abdanan city teachers. . The Methods of Descriptive resaerch is survey. In this study, six factors is considered as components hidden curriculum,that including the role of teachers, teaching methods, assessment, rules and regulations, physical location and content. The population of all primary school teachers at ABDANAN is 307. The study sample consisted of 171 individuals. This study has two questionnaires. To assess the educational self-efficacy was used Mohaghegh questionnaire and to measure the hidden curriculum combined of Parvin (1393) and Ahmadian (1391) questionnaire was used. To data analysis descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test single group, variance analysis) was used. The study revealed that from the Abdanan primary teachers view, the role of self-efficacy educational components of the hidden curriculum had effect on boys’ primary schools and this relationship was statistically significant. In this study, the most effective element factors on educational self-efficacy is teaching methods and the lowest is content.
