Predict happiness based on forgiveness and positive and negative emotions

Abstract :
The primary aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between forgiveness and positive and negative emotions of happiness among employees Department of Agriculture's Economic Planning. For this purpose, 148 employees of the office staff were selected by simple random sampling. In this study, the Positive and Negative Affect Scale Oxford happiness questionnaire and Heartland Forgiveness Scale were used to collect information. The results showed that positive emotion has a positive and significant correlation with happiness. While negative emotions variable is negative and significant correlation with happiness. The results also showed a significant variable for forgiveness does not predict happiness.
