Pathology of Human Resources Management in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences On the basis three ramifications model

Abstract :
Given the role and importance of the headquarters staff in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services, the goals of education, health care, universities should be looking for ways to promote and develop human resources. The first step in this direction through the process of awareness of the human resources situation is pathological. This study, to investigate and pathology of human resources management at the headquarters of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services based Three ramifications model done. The aim of this study applied the method is descriptive. The population consisted of all Human Resources Management staff experts Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, 78 people had formed. The total population for the census were limited.To collect data the researcher made questionnaire with 40 questions in three dimensions (structural factors, behavioral factors and environmental factors) is used. The validity of the tool, which was approved by experts and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 89/0 = α is obtained . To analyze the data descriptive statistics in frequency tables, charts, mean, median, mode, standard deviation and inferential statistics department Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to evaluate the normal distribution of data and To investigate the hypothesis of one-sample t-test was used factor analysis. The results showed that behavioral factors, structural and environmental damage, human resources management have a significant role. The role of behavioral factors and environmental factors have the manpower is minimal role in trauma management.
