Abstract :

The purpose of this study is examined the importance of ring composition of view teachers and administrators in primary school . n this study was used of the essay questionnaire And to check is used the reliability of Cronbach's alpha method . in this study is use random sampling method . the independent T-test was used to test the research hypotheses . The findings show Significant difference there is between the views of teachers and administrators who  know the course essay And the views of teachers and managers who dont know the course essay . It also shows Significant difference there is between the views of teachers and administrators who have more experience and Views of teachers and managers who have less experience . Finally according to research findings there is not Significant differenc between the views of teachers and administrators and their academic degrees and majors .
