Identifing the factors that affect management student’s motivation

Abstract :
The survey of factors that affects students schooling motivation, is the important issue. Hence, this study examines the factors affecting motivation of the students in the field of management. The hypothesis of this study, 136 students from various academic disciplines and trends in the management of a class of six universities were selected and questionnaires were distributed among them. To test the research hypotheses in addition to descriptive statistics, structural equations were used. According to research findings, among 5 examined factors, include educational and academic factors, social factors, measures of student activities, human factors around the student and the physiological and psychological factors, the main approved factor is the physiological and psychological factor. It was also cleared that there was no significant difference in motivation between gender and the level of motivation and between major and this level. On the other hand, there is a significant direct correlation among the motivations of this and degree.
