Comparison Appropriateness of Teaching Hours of Main and Specialized Subjects of Management Field and Educational Programming From the Educated ones’ Viewpoint (Schools’ Principals and Assistants) and Knowledgeable Professors of Higher Education

Abstract :
This research is a descriptive comparative one, which compare opinions of two groups of the graduated (schools principals and assistants) and knowledgeable professors in management field and educational programming about efficiency and appropriateness of hours that subjects are instructed. The studied society includes all graduates of the mentioned field of study employed as school principals and knowledgeable professors in Tehran province in 2009. Using random sampling method, half of the graduates with a sample volume of 53 persons as well as 30 knowledgeable professors in the aforesaid field of study who were available were considered as samples.This is a scanning and sectional research that is accounted in applicable studies. Data gathering was done by a questionnaire. For determination of anecdotal, judges agreement, content anecdotal and opinions of mastered experts and professors of education and research supervisor, were used. Since all of the main and specialized subjects are separated from each other’s, reliability coefficient was not determined. Research population includes 53 of the graduated (principals and assistants) and 30of the knowledgeable professors of the above-mentioned subject. Sample selection was done by randomized sampling. About appropriateness of main and specialized subjects’ hours, the knowledgeable professors wish increase of hour’s .According to the results, review of curriculum in this field of study is necessary
