Study of the relation of self-esteem, attachment level & loneliness among deaf students of primary school in Rasht in 1388-89 educational year

Abstract :
This research has been done for studying the relation of self-esteem, attachment level and loneliness among deaf students of primary school in Rasht. There are some connections among self-esteem, attachment level and loneliness. This research was a kind of correlation and sociology study which included all the primary school students of 88-89 educational year, that a sample of 10 subjects was selected randomly. The measuring tools were Cooper Smith’s self-esteem questionnaire, Usher’s loneliness scale and Greenberg’s attachment level questionnaire. For data analyzing Pearson’s correlation coefficient & multi-variables regression were used and the results of correlation coefficient and regression analyze showed that there is a link between father, mother and friends’ attachment style and self-esteem but there is not any connection between loneliness and self-esteem and attachment level.
