Relationship between social capital and citizenship behavior and organizational entrepreneurship in the major grade Islamic azad universities of mazandaran

Abstract :
The present study investigates the relationship between social capital and organizational citizenship behavior and organizational entrepreneurship in the large Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province. From the point of view of nature, a description of the type of "correlation" and in terms of purpose, is applicable. The statistical population of all full-time and part-time full-time and part-time full-time Azad Universities of Mazandaran is 986 people. The sample size was determined by using Morgan's and Krejsi's tables of 278 people. Data were collected using three standard questionnaires. To describe the data, descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviations and charts), and inferential statistics were used to test the hypotheses, and to obtain the relation between variables, Spearman nonparametric tests, regression and The variance has been used with spss software. In the final analysis, all of the research hypotheses were confirmed at 95% confidence level. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between social capital and organizational citizenship behavior and social capital with organizational entrepreneurship. The result is that there will be relationships and links between members in the organization as a result of unofficial and voluntary cooperation between the members as well as creating a vibrant, creative, dynamic and innovative environment for achieving the goals of the organization.
