Examining the Relationship between Teachers 'Satisfactions of Virtual In-Service Training with Professional Skills

Abstract :
The aim of this research was to investigate the level of teachers' satisfaction with virtual in-service training and its effect on the professional skills by descriptive-correlational research method. The statistical population of this research includes all teachers 304 members in Arshaq School’s region of Meshginshahr city that a sample of 170 people was selected based on krejsi & Morgan sampling table and stratified random sampling method. The instruments was questionnaire of satisfaction with virtual service and teachers' professional skills that both formal and content validity were confirmed using the opinion of experts and its reliability based on Cronbach's alpha for the variable of satisfaction with virtual in-service training is 0.82 and professional skills of teachers is 0.79. The collected data were analyzed using independent t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and regression. The results indicate teachers' satisfaction with virtual in-service education and its dimensions are acceptable, teachers' satisfaction with in-service virtual education effects had a significant positive effect on the professional skills of teachers in Arshaq region.
