Abstract :
Social and economic necessities indicate that organizations require capable managers with adequate knowledge and necessary skills, as well as behaviors aligned with organizational values, to ensure their sustainability. This study aimed to explore the schemas of secondary school principals in western Mazandaran province, Iran, towards teachers and students. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach using descriptive phenomenological methods was employed. The research population consisted of secondary school principals in western Mazandaran. Purposeful sampling was used, and 16 participants were selected. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews designed by the researcher, and data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis. To analyze the data, the seven-step method of Colaizzi was applied. In the first step, the interviews were recorded, and after completion, they were listened to. Then, the interviews were transcribed verbatim, and their meanings were explored in-depth. In the second step, key sentences were extracted using an underlining method. In the third step, initial codes were derived. In the fourth step, the developed concepts were categorized into sub-concepts, and in the fifth step, the results were converted into main themes. In the sixth step, a comprehensive and clear description of the phenomenon was developed, and in the seventh step, validity was ensured through member checking and asking participants about the findings. Regarding confirmability, the interviews were re-shared with the participants, and all findings were confirmed by them. Additionally, to assess transferability, the results were shared with two participants outside of the main group, both of whom confirmed the findings. The results indicated that 169 open codes, 11 main categories, and 45 sub-categories were identified.
