Abstract :
China and Israel differ in many respects. China has ten cities that alone are more than the total population of Israel. However, the relationship between these two actors has been growing in various fields In recent years, much has been established in terms of trade, investment, education and tourist exchanges between China and Israel, and we have witnessed many collaborations in the scientific and technological sector. Considering the above, this paper seeks to investigate the causes of China's growing rapprochement with Israel, which is the significance and position of superior technology in China's foreign policy strategy towards Israel. For this purpose, in this article, he examined Israel's position in China's foreign policy, then, looking at China's bilateral political-security, economic-cultural, and Israeli relations, and the US approach to China, has concluded that, given the US restrictions on China's access to advanced technology, the most important factor affecting China's foreign policy towards Israel, the acquisition of technology in various fields, including top technology in the field Commercial, economic, agricultural, water, medicine, biotechnology in order to maintain and enhance national power and the country's position The system has been international.
