Historically, the United States and the European Union share common values that the Biden administration emphasized and strengthened. Biden is trying to work closely with allies and international institutions. Despite the progress made in transatlantic relations during the Biden era; However,. Therefore, the main research question is, how are the relations between America and Europe during the Biden era? The hypothesis of the research is that although transatlantic relations have been accompanied by many challenges and tensions during the Trump era; But with Biden coming to power in America, Washington is looking to increase cooperation and improve relations on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. As a result, despite the convergence and progress in relations between Washington and Brussels in the era of Biden, there is always a concern that the relations between the parties will face challenges and disruptions under the influence of systemic and internal variables.
