    Authors are given to the following important notes at different stages of paper submission.

    To online submission of the paper you must register via the top menu of website.

    - After registration, an email containing a user name and password will be sent to your email. To avoid problems, be diligent in keeping email. If you have forgotten your password, click "Login" and choose the option "Forgot password!". After login, you can edit your personal home pageand enter your desired password.

     - The title or abstract submission can send by email to director in chief to ensure that you meet the subject matters.

     - We highly recommended that read the "Guide for Authors" before submitting of an article. One of the articles published on the site can be used as a template to help corresponding author, with the difference that in the paper submitted to arbitration, names of authors and acknowledgments section to be deleted. Stop any article in the initial review of non-compliance with the points mentioned in the guide interface is writing to the author.

     - Loading papers from the menu "Submit paper" and follow the steps carried out.

     - Check the abstract Persian and English, as well as the original file name or parts of such acknowledgments section, specifications and authors not included.

     - Make sure the name of main text file of paper choose as English title of paper. Please avoid of selecting author’s name(s) as the name of file.  This is very important in the process of following up and reviewing articles.

    - Original file, without mentioning the name and address of the authors attached.

    - When article referred to the reviewer any files or information attached in the "Additional file / Complementary files" will not be displayed for them. Therefore, the related content (images, tables, etc.) or add additional file name should be insert in original files. It mean that all information must be in one file.

    - All process of evaluating of papers just from the personal page of corresponding author address will be visible and others do not have access and follow-up. So certainly at the time of submission, in determining the author's correspondence carefully.

     - After you submit your article, the director in chief will sent it for the "initial review" to the Secretary. Lack of attention to the "Guides for Authors" and the wording acceptable to the Journal, the prolongation of this stage is possible. After initial review and approval of the expert or executive secretary, editor of the paper by detecting the status of "in reviewing process",  The set will be sent to referees.

    Important Notes:

     

     1. After primary editing of article as well as written comments Jury at the time of loading of the original file, make sure you remove the old files and new files loaded again.

     2. No external file systems are no longer applicable so, please don’t send any related file to the email of journal.

     3. To follow the article, after two months after the initial acceptance of paper, if the paper is still in a state of "reviewing process" agreement with the managing editor of the Journal via e-mail.

    4. If you have questions of any difficulty, please communicate with the managing editor and the e-mail to the editor and editorial staff members, to seek out personal or avoid any other method.
