Presentation of professional ethics model of commanders with emphasis on job burnout of Shahrekord police command staff

Abstract :
One of the new leadership approaches that have received much attention and overcome the weaknesses and problems of traditional leadership models is the ethical leadership approach, which was seriously introduced in the literature of leadership and management in the last decade of the ۲۰th century. The purpose of this research is to present the professional ethics model of commanders with emphasis on the job burnout of Shahrekord police command staff. The current research is based on its purpose of application of exploratory type and based on quantitative results. Sampling and volume methods have been used in both collection methods and validity and reliability tools have been used. In the Delphi section ۲۰ commanders and employees of the police command of the Islamic Republic of Abran Shahrekord، who had more than ۱۰ years of experience، were gradually selected. In the validation and measurement of the current and desirable research situation, ۳۰۶ people were selected as a sample in ۱۴۰۲. Expert Choice software was used for prioritization, and SPSS version ۲۳ and Smart PLS software were used in the validation section. The research findings showed that "individual factors" have the first rank in the direction of the model of professional ethics of the country's law enforcement commanders with emphasis on job burnout. "Organizational factors" have the second rank in the direction of the model of professional ethics of the country's law enforcement commanders with emphasis on job burnout. "Social and cultural factors" are ranked third in the direction of the model of professional ethics of the country's law enforcement commanders, with an emphasis on job burnout.
