Phenomenology of women's management knowledge for the exploitation of women managers

Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the experiences of holding the position of vice-chancellor in the two areas of vice-chancellor of education and vice-chancellor of students at the Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah. This study, with a qualitative and phenomenological approach, examines the experiences of women in managerial positions and uses the method of narrative analysis with an emphasis on self-analysis. The present research is classified as an autoethnographic research and also with a feminist approach. The source of data for this research is the author's objective experiences, memories, and managerial records at higher university levels, which are organized in a narrative manner. The population and statistical sample of this research includes a female faculty member of the Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah who has experience in two managerial positions at the level of vice-chancellor of the university. The research findings show that holding managerial positions for women comes with specific capabilities and limitations that create unique experiences. These results can help to better understand the challenges and opportunities in the path of women's management in universities and lead to the creation of solutions to improve the situation of women in management fields. This research helps to clarify the role of women in university management structures and the impact of personal experiences on decision-making and leadership processes, and can pave the way for future studies in this area.
