Abstract :
The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a design model for the career growth of human resourcesThe present research was conducted with the aim of presenting the design of the career growth model of human resources in education and training (the case study of the managers of the second year of secondary education and training in Central Province).In terms of practical goals and in terms of data, the present research is mixed exploratory (qualitative-quantitative) and in terms of the nature and type of study in the qualitative dimension, the grounded theory and the quantitative dimension is a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population includes two parts; the qualitative part of the statistical population includes all experts in the field of human resources, who participated in a targeted snowball sampling method based on the method of informed sampling of 15 people. The method of data analysis was using open coding. The quantitative part included all 175 (85 females and 90 males) managers of the second year of secondary education in the central province. Sampling using Morgan table was 118 people (57 females and 61 males). The validity of the CVR instrument and its validity were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using a statistical test (confirmatory factor analysis). The results of the section showed that the model of career growth from six dimensions in order of priority are: 1-leadership growth 2-individual growth 3-professional growth 4-organizational growth 5-social/cultural growth 6-economic/political skills, 24 components and 143 final indicators were finalized.
